- Decrease the fraud rate and the fraud loss for the organization
- Reduce the daily and ops work for the fraud team (so the team can spend more time on analysis than manual checks)

What do you like best about the product?
It is possible to check why the order was canceled and through the lifeline, it is possible to enter details in order to verify if a new order is accepted.

more detailed information on the reason for cancellation

If a Customer is unjustified blocked, riskified reacts fast.

When a customer does something wrong in the first order and got denied, he cant order again right away, because than he gets denied because of different informations used in the orders.

Fraud Protection is used and in general it works pretty good.

What do you like best about the product?
with the implementation of this product, our fraudulent transactions decreased a lot and the functionality after the integration works correctly. with this software also the manual work from our agents decresed a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
at the moment I didn't find any disliked thinks, but i can tell you that the dashboards is not so immediate, sometimes it's too hard to check the transaction, but if you start using it, you'll get used to without problem.

we had many fraudulent orders but with Riskified we have decreased the fraudulent transactions

If they have lots of fraudulent transacation, yes.

What do you like best about the product?
Chargeback Guarantee. We used to have very high chargeback. Since we started to use Riskified. We have ZERO chargeback. Dashboard and representing a ranking on the order is very useful and clear. Search function to locate order is easy and quick. Implement is straightforward and fairly easy. Sandbox account provided and have every detail function as live environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
We sometime have customer screwed up when they checking out product such as putting wrong cvv and then tried to use other credit card. Riskified will cancel this orders. We like some function that if we 100% certain that the customer is good one then we need bypass Riskified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had super high chargeback before. The cost of charge back is almost the cost we paying monthly fee on Riskified. We tried different way to improve it with Kount. And apparently there is some bottleneck we can over until we switched to Riskified. Right now our customer care team do not need to review order and make decision on themselves. Save tone of on labor and more accurate too. Decision make is more transparent with Riskified representing tool. Customer care agent could see clearly why the transaction got canceled to help customer.

Switch to Riskified. Let Riskified to handle bad transaction and we focus good customer.
Good at reducing fraud chargebacks received but some issues with chargeback status updates
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest upside is the order filtering tool, which has greatly reduced the fraud chargebacks which we have received. We have an API integration with Braintree and Riskified is able to pick up most (usually missing a couple) of first time chargebacks instantly and reimburses accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Riskified has problems with automatically picking up status changes of chargebacks, including when a chargeback is won and goes into pre-arbitration after being initially won.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently working on better integration so Riskified can automatically pick up status changes of chargebacks.

What do you dislike about the product?
The new second look feature is not as good as I first thought as you have to replace the order for the patient separately again. Which leads to less of a chance of getting the sale.
