we use it in customer service to give customers some tips.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very clear and easy to use, you can see very fast where the Problem ist and what the cust can do better for the next order. Support is very fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that even customers who have ordered many times before are blocked. Also it is not so nice that always only the order of the customer with exactly the same articles is released.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's great that you can help your customers out with this, So at the end the Custommer can buy.
Riskified helps multiple your teams capability
What do you like best about the product?
I would have to say that the Riskified Team is the best part about the organization. Not only is the support staff knowledgeable, but they go above and beyond to help achieve our goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know that every survey tends to have this question but based on the specific capacity in which we leverage Riskified, I cannot say that I have a dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riskified helps our team assume more transaction without assuming more risk, but most importantly, they help during the holiday volume without bringing on temporary staff
Riskified works great
What do you like best about the product?
Riskified alleviates our worry about fraudulent orders and does all of the screening for us. There have been numerous times where fraudulent orders have been placed, but Riskified immediately declines/cancels them so we do not have to deal with an eventual chargeback. Their customer support has also been extremely helpful in resolving any questions or issues that we came across during the order filtering/screening process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times where legitimate orders are deemed as fraudulent and canceled. This causes some problems as the customer is confused as to why their order was canceled. However, we have the Riskified team re-review the customer and they typically approve them so that the customer is able to place a new order with no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not have to keep a close eye on all orders that are coming through. We trust Riskified to scan orders and decline ones that could potentially be fraudulent which saves us both time and money.
Too many cancellations due to suspected fraud.
What do you like best about the product?
About Riskified you can see at a glance from where the customer has ordered and with what.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many cancellations for suspected fraud. The orders will then be canceled directly. If you unlock the customers about you, you can only order exactly the items as in the before.

Risksified will handle any fraud for us.

In itself a great help. Especially for online shops for de fraud checks.

We are covered against fraudulent transactions - most of the time Riskified will block them for us, but on the occasions that they are let through we can claim the charge back from Riskified

Occasionally it blocks orders that aren't fraudulent, which can be a bad customer experience

It is a fast tool to Review the payment and the customer Service is very well.

the old Version was clearer and you can understand the Information very quick.

If an order is not found in the system, you can check very well why the order was blocked

You can use the device do check if an order is a fraud but you can't tell the customer.
Riskfied was a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Riskfied was able to reduce our fraudulent transaction rate and also saved us a lot of time that we can now invest in helping our customer instead of worrying about frauds. Also, it's easy to visualize why a transaction got denied.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things that could be improved is the percentage of transactions that get declined. Of course, this depends on the industry but working on the travel industry we understand sometimes customers want to book things on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main problem was the fraudulent transactions in Europe. As I mentioned before Riskfied was able to reduce our fraudulent transaction rate and also saved us a lot of time that we can now invest in helping our customer instead of worrying about frauds.

I recommend using Riskfied if your website is being targeted for fraudulent transactions. Also, Riskfied will save you time and give you peace of mind.
