Good tool to review the payment
What do you like best about the product?
It is a fast tool to Review the payment and the customer Service is very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
the old Version was clearer and you can understand the Information very quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If an order is not found in the system, you can check very well why the order was blocked
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can use the device do check if an order is a fraud but you can't tell the customer.
Riskfied was a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Riskfied was able to reduce our fraudulent transaction rate and also saved us a lot of time that we can now invest in helping our customer instead of worrying about frauds. Also, it's easy to visualize why a transaction got denied.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things that could be improved is the percentage of transactions that get declined. Of course, this depends on the industry but working on the travel industry we understand sometimes customers want to book things on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main problem was the fraudulent transactions in Europe. As I mentioned before Riskfied was able to reduce our fraudulent transaction rate and also saved us a lot of time that we can now invest in helping our customer instead of worrying about frauds.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using Riskfied if your website is being targeted for fraudulent transactions. Also, Riskfied will save you time and give you peace of mind.
concise and effective security tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the recently added ability to reviews flagged orders in seconds, this makes the conversation with customers a lot easier as they no longer have to wait several hours for insight into whether their order can be approved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the tool were a bit more specific about the reasons for the decline, and it would be even better if there were suggested talking points for customers who are declined. It also can be frustrating when an order is declined for a customer and we submit the details and for some unknown reason should've actually been approved in the first place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Riskified offers us a great deal of risk reduction by identifying risky factors and in other instances allowing us to resolve issues for customers allowing them to place successful orders.
Great Service and Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
Fraud detection is generally very good, and the protection services are great. Most importantly the customer service team is very responsive and helps to address any issues as they arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The submission process can be a little cumbersome when there are a large number of transactions that need to be submitted.

Our company uses Riskified to offer fraud protection to our clients. We deal with many chargeback requests and Riskified makes it much easier to detect and receive coverage from fraudulent transactions

Overall, I'd recommend Riskified to others. It is a highly sensitive app- better safe than sorry!

The breakdown of what is being flagged as highly fraudulent behavior, our company representatives, and receiving emails per order for easy/quick notifications on orders.

On many occasions, it has marked orders as 'fraud' that we know to not be (consistent customers, employees, etc)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preventing fraudulent purchases on our online retail store! While it is hypersensitive at times, it often catches fraud orders our other systems do not (e.g. Shopify)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it's better to be overly sensitive when detecting fraud and then make your own evaluations from there- We have never had a fraudulent order that Riskified didn't flag!

What do you like best about the product?
It guarantees all accepted orders so we don't have to worry.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slightly over-sensitive and has declined orders from customers we know not to be fraudulent, and when we try to have them re-reviewed, they can still be declined.

As a designer luxury store we are a high fraud target, and Riskified takes the guesswork out of evaluating orders.
Worth the investment
What do you like best about the product?
How everything is automated, instantaneous, and all information is right there on the dashboard to review
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing really. Prior to using Riskified, we were at the mercy of manual checking our ecom transactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows our credit department to use their resources in other areas while the Riskified system does exactly what it's intended to do for us, prevent fraudulent transactions on our econ platform.

The ease of the user interface, seamless integration with shopify, incredibly helpful team, chargebacks feel like a thing of the past

Wish we had a better understanding of how certain orders get rejected.
