What do you like best about the product?
Knowing that our business has this safety net allows us to focus on other areas of the business (operations, business development). Riskified has been given us the invaluable commodity of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The algorithms used to determine potential fraudulent behaviour can sometimes be too strict and we have noticed that some email domains get flagged as fraudulent transactions every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use to have a lot of fraud coming from one specific train operator, ever since we integrated Riskified this has become a non-issue. Although it is impossible to protect a business 100% from these issues we now have saved plenty of time and money from the security benefits brought in from Riskfiend.

What do you like best about the product?
The most important thing is that they provide real-time and clear recommendations: accept or decline. Also, they use an incredible high number of fasctors in determining legitimate purchases, resulting in pretty high acceptance rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that they cannot review the orders placed through alternative payment methods (especially Wechat)

Handling orders review in a more efficient way, providing customers with a frictionless experience while reducing frauds

What do you like best about the product?
With Riskified taking all of the "risk" of shipments, we havee piece of mind that it is no longer up to us to determine whether or not an order is fraudulant or not!
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to whitelist known customers that may be ordering via "questionable" methods due to international restrictions or use of VPNs and traveling, etc

Catching and declining Fraudulant orders. Cost and Time savings.

Our industry has a lot of fraud attempts and we deal in high value orders. Riskied helps analyze our orders and protect us from fraud.

What do you like best about the product?
Insurance on approved orders.High approval rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
No visibility into the factors that caused Riskified to approve or reject a specific order..Some orders take extra time to review and end up being sent to our fulfillment software. (We have inadvertently shipped rejected orders because of this)

Approve more orders, less charge-backs

I find Riskified very helpful when it comes to the way we use it to help ticket our bookings. It helps us identify fraud a lot quicker and also gives us the information that is required when we want to understand the reason behind a riskified no.

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful thing about riskified is the fraud monitoring. With all the credit card fraud (especially internationally) having Riskified assist in flagging those free up our agents' time. Also any chargebacks/fraud that does end up by passing Riskified is covered by them! Our chargebacks are dropped significantly since implementing Riskified

No real dislikes. Everything is working well with Riskified including implementing it into 3 different country webstores

There’s no risk to take. This is a needed platform.

Along with Shopify, Riskified is an essential platform used to ensure that fraudulent actions are flagged. In a world where fraudsters are always ahead of the game in trying to sneak one by us, this tool helps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I’m particular. Easy to use and nothing sticks out as negative at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fraud checks. They are quick in replying to us When secondary information is collected by an agent if order is falafel and we may want to push things through anyway.

There are a higher number of false-positive fraud alerts (declined orders that are not fraud) than I would like.
