Highond is useful for organize audit workpapers and client responses and for tracking issues

No contact with Diligent team other than when its time to negotiate the next years annual billing. Dont know whats included support wise in my package (inherited product)

Request feature allows me to collect responses from mgt without a license... helpful because I dont have to teach them the product.
Fantastic! Highbond has revolutionized our audit program and is now our system of record for audits

Can customize the solution to meet our needs. The customer support services are excellent. Have been a customer for 10 years and still receive timely responses. Solutions are user friendly
