I think it is good for sending emails/surveys
What do you like best about the product?
I think it is good for sending emails/surveys. We monitor our T&E and PCARD programs by sending exceptions directly to the employees via Results Manager
What do you dislike about the product?
The classifications are global. They should be tailored to a repository
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool sends emails directly to employees and attaches the comments/responses right to the record

ACL GRC
What do you like best about the product?
Simple. It allows the small to medium size organization to collaborate on risk management activities, measure, track, remediate and monitor risks throughout the enterprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflow is rudimentary if your organization wants to perform the actual management of risk project activities, including audit work i.e., audit work papers. While ACL GRC does track strategic risks and tactical risk, it should do a better job at relating those risk to each other (there is no cascading of strategic risk to tactical risk within the system).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Audit risk management, issue tracking and remediation. Audit work repository.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of GRC products out there and they are expensive. In all cases the organization needs to understand its own processes first then integrate them into a GRC platform. There are not "out-of-the-box" solutions that will guide you through how to make a risk assessment, how to rate risks, how to design controls, how to remediate and issue. These are things the organization should be doing anyway. Don't expect any GRC vendor to establish those things. The GRC space is new for ACL but they listen to their clients and have the basics down.

inability to edit PDFs, or sync between framework and projects

The ability to pair with analytics and produce reports

unable to work actual documents once they are uploaded, projects not being in view only status after being archived.

What do you like best about the product?
Strong analytical tools for analysis which adds value to our conclusions presented to management. In addition to this, we like the interfaces that ACL can interact with, most notable Tableau and Microsoft Excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Steep learning curve for processes that seem intuitive and often times are faster to perform in Excel. ACL is efficient for handling large tasks such as analytical tests across company wide data. The benefit however, wanes when we have to revisit the tutorial for how to run certain procedures
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Auditing analytics, able to process large amounts of data without spreadsheet failures or crashes. Insightful reporting and syncing with other platforms such as Tableau.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take time to learn the software and keep notes of lessons taken. My biggest concern with the tool is that it doesn't become more intuitive over time. Revisiting areas we've covered makes me less confident in utilizing ACL for more tasks.

ACL is user frendly and lot of features are very easy to use

Some other features need to be pushed by ACL to make this tool more efficient for a daily usage

What do you like best about the product?
Mission control is a new functionality that would be very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some fixes that have to be done . The time stamp in actions is not accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ACL GRC is very useful in solving monitoring issues. We are using it to send payment reminders to our intermediaries.

Ease of use. We were able to teach ourselves how to use GRC!

The help feature could be better. It would also be easier if there were a printable version.

As a document repository. The cloud function allows us to store numerous documents without worrying about crashing the system!

• It can be accessed even without logging on to company website (your company)

• It can be used by multiple function within the company with each function having its own access (ERM, SOX, Compliance, Fraud)
• There is a chat room so people can post questions from various companies and you can see if the problems can be fixed
• Its flexible
• It is cloud based

What do you like best about the product?
They know what questions to ask in order to understand what you need before trying to sell you a product. This conversation was key to providing us with what we needed most.

Have not yet found anything to complain about.

As a growing business our approach to ERM was not scalable and ACL provided experts to customize a solution tailored for our company.

Just ask questions until you are satisfied. They know what they are talking about.
