Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the reporting dashboard where you can build custom reports that update automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! it's super easy to use and to customize to your business' needs!

Very easy to use and great product
What do you like best about the product?
We use acl at work and it is a very good project. Lots of cool tools to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to say I dislike one thing about ACL it would be some difficulty with save features.

Helps collect data for easy review at year end.

The cloud-based ACL-GRC platform. Is time-saving, modern and it is very customizable.

What do you dislike about the product?
Massive modifications (deleting issues, modifying items) are needed. If you have 300 action plans, and you want to add a user to 70 of them, it would be nice to have an option for massive modifications.
Cell phone app is not so responsive nor modern, it is complicated to use.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We handle the IA documentation entirely by ACL-GRC, this is definitely time-saving for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask for a demo (I think you can do this), I consider this as a millennial software for auditing. It needs improvements but it is really good to conduct audits.

Sometimes vague and froze up on me, didnt have all the features I needed.

Been very intuitive for most employees to pick up and use right from the gate. Vendor has been very easy to work with and open to fielding (and implementing quickly) product ideas and enhancements that we suggest.
While not perfect, ACL GRC does a good job of balancing basic functionality with customizability. Fundamentally, the tool is built on solid design principles (e.g. repurposing of information as needed/not duplication of data entry; flexible in-house reporting customization)

What do you dislike about the product?
As mentioned, pricing structure for Impact Reports. Also, limited ability to schedule/manage resources (overall project/resource calendar) within the tool (believe a future update is planned).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep an open mind. Don't try to find the solution that best fits or mirrors your current process/methodology. Look for the one that work the best/easiest and be willing to adapt current processes and procedures to best fit/compliment the strengths of the tool you ultimately select.

I like the performance and it' is very secure. Always feel positives about its performance. I love it as a whole the quality and service is very dominating on al other services and protected always by cookies and fire wall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything much for dislike. Sometimes it is very slow and needs to be updated to or start over from the beginning for some files. It is cloudy sometimes

Efficiency and Visuals!
What do you like best about the product?
My team and I loved the value this product provides. The piggyback onto ACL desktop version allows now for more visualizations and easy to navigate interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked the GUI although it has made massive improvements from ACL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving big data issues where you cannot do this with Excel or Access.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be weary of considering Access before ACL. ACL is one of a kind product that isn't up to par with industry standards however can perform joins on huge data sets with ease.
Not great at live updates as expected / marketed.

-To-Do List which facilitates assigning & tracking tasks and clearing them with comments once done

-Not being able to make any changes after signing off since it becomes read-only and we need to request the admin/reviewer to remove sign-off even for making a tiny change
