This program is great.
What do you like best about the product?
The ACL "encodes" the activities performed as well as enables you to repeat them with one click. The ACL records the actions performed and may be copied to a script and executed at any time, so that the entire process can be executed without the expertise of the programming language.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ACL has the capability to turn PDFs into tables, but the PDFs should be very easy and the columns should stay easy to skip.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using this particular device is going to give you much more processing power than a regular examination. It works wonders.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In comparison with MS Office, it's a lot easier to deal with a lot of information and make use of scripts.

HighBond - You'll always find a new use for it.
What do you like best about the product?
The more you use this the more likely you are to find even more uses for it. It's a vicious never ending cycle of productivity and solutions leading to more ways you be productive and find solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is a little steep because the documentation is kinda difficult to search. If something is broken you can find out where it broke, but it's a little difficult to find out why it broke.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Continuous monitoring for compliance. Anything we want to automate that involved data is defaulted to a HighBond project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a shot. It's a great program for analysis and monitoring.

Highbond is quick and effective for what we need.
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of data that can be evaluated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Highbond does require some prior knowledge or at least someone to show you how to start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are seeing some fuel use patterns and the benefits is being able to do these evaluations every quarter and not losing too much time.
It has been a very interesting learning experience
What do you like best about the product?
I love the functionality of the robots. It is great to be able to create tasks, set triggers and have questionnaires and emails sent automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations that I wish could be fixed. For example, I wish that when creating a questionnaire, if you choose the wrong type of question, you could just pick from a drop down list and switch the question type on the fly. I wish that the storyboards were a lot more dynamic. There are so many great charts and KPIs out there and it seems like the story boards are so limited. Plus, you cant do any calculated fields in the storyboards like you can in PowerBI and Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use Access databases for all of our audits and reports. Now we are using Highbond and not having the same issues we were having with Access. The auditors constantly complained about the access databases crashing and really slow response time. We have saved so many hours with Highbond
Highbond is dynamic
What do you like best about the product?
HighBond is a very dynamic platform that allows great flexibility to build around your GRC program. Virtually any type of record can be designed, implemented, and then linked in a universe to manage multiple processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
More off the shelf modules and additional administrator training would allow for a quicker integration of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Risk weighting by relating multiple record types such as vendor assessments, risk exceptions, risk acceptances, audit gaps, and DR gaps.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Build your tool off of existing processes. Be flexible in modifying a process to accommodate the tool's abilities.
Highbond GRC Product
What do you like best about the product?
HighBond GRC allows the flexibility to adapt its product to meet our Company needs. The ability to link risk assessments to regulatory requirements to internal audit testing eliminates gaps to ensure regulatory compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
HighBond GRC does not permit linking between projects. Each project documentation must stand alone. Several of our projects overlap and the ability to link between projects would improve our audit efficiency. Additionally, the number of "clicks" required to view, complete, sign-off and review a project is cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HighBond GRC has provided greater insight into our SOX 404 controls. We have been able to consolidate and reduce the number of key controls by 20%. While we gained some efficiencies in the initial year, we have not gained many significant benefits since.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure you have adequate resources to implement internally. The HighBond consulting fees are very high.
Easily customizable solution to suit your organizations needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can send the results of my data analytics using ACL to Highbond seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The visualizations in GRC needs to be worked on. I often have to import my data into Tableau to create visualizations for my results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use ACL analytics and Highbond for our OFAC compliance process.

I think Highbond is a great tool that can help you scale as an organization.

No complaints so far about this tool. Meets our needs.

Remediation follow-ups and tracking.
Good application, but it is moving away from the strengths of the past.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the original tools of the application. It was highly adaptable to analytics on the desktop side.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really dislike the move to the cloud and moving things away from your computer. I also dislike the very limited visualizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not solving any problems with HighBond. I have not realized any benefits.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I don't recommend going to HighBond.
