HighBond has many features helping to automate the workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to build the dashboards for PMO for audits
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be good if we can send a bundled document requests based on the Excel input files
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using HighBond for action plans follow-ups with process owners

I think the most value comes with ability to analyze work and display the results.

Analytics Platform
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly interface and world-class support. Easily get up and running and platform allows you to start small and mature over time to surprisingly complex projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations in the basic analytics package, such as the inability to automate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Things like key control monitoring, duplicate payments, fraud detection. More efficient and thorough reviews.
Great Virtual Experience, but I hope it is in person next year!
What do you like best about the product?
I liked seeing the new innovations Galvanize was adding to its products and presenting the presentation I had been working on for months.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having the in person experience at a typical Summit. I missed the conversations with others about using the tools and connecting with others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, I no longer have access to Highbond product, but I was using it to translate 820 EDI files.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a powerful tool if projects are created and maintained by someone with experience in the tools. The set of tools can complete most of all work I have had. I recommend the tool.

A centralized way of obtaining resources that help me utilize the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I fully take advantage of all resources provided as I am not aware of all capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of building workflows / questionnaires is much better than most tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to be able to code to truly be able to maximize what you can do with the tool. Reports module is unbelievably confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've built case managers, AML Transaction Monitoring Tools, Sanctions program management tools, Anti-Corruption Continuous Monitoring Programs and more!

Ability to script, and log analysis steps
What do you dislike about the product?
Scripting language is unconventional and does not conform to other languages. It is more of a macro than a script and often one must think "how can I trick it into doing XXXX"

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the product and user intuitively. It is quite easy for people to get familiar with the b2b saas product and the customer can easily integrate the tool into their various production quality workflows
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the price point for the tool. It is unnecessarily expensive to use and could use reduction in cost to make it more attractive to a wider group of customers to use the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem highbond solves is the issue of data management and integration. It is quite effective to that extent, very good or much better than many other similar productions from competition.

I would suggest you give it a try and see how it fits with the firms individual business needs
