Insightful Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
The data and insight you see when monitoring your network and application availability using Thousand Eyes is truly unbelievable. As its agents are embedded into the network just like a client, the view is from the client's perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a little higher compared to other tools, and working out how many units you need to perform the tests you want can be a little confusing if you haven't dabbled with the product beforehand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without using Thousand Eyes, you will always resort to the outside-in view to try and work out how a service is behaving or how a client experience is going. With Thousand Eyes, you get the opposite view of inside out, which immediately lets you know how the network is performing, whether cloud services are accessible and whether the overall digital experience for a user is what they should be getting.

Thousand eyes for monitoring the alerts and link status
