Monitoring made easier with ThousandEyes
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using ThousandEyes for some time now and love its interface. Monitoring targets and checking the connections for critical or major alerts is easy and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still requires a lot of tasks to be simplified. If a new user is started working on ThousandEyes, it takes him a lot of time to familiarise with alerts and monitoring through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem ThousandEyes is solving is monitoring the Cloud and Network interface. Our support engineer can only solve the problem if they know the exact situation, and with Alerts from TE, its benefiting us to do that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It alerts us when there is an error encountered on the Production site.
The alerts help us so that the mistakes can be fixed as quickly as possible.
Also, since it tracks for days, we can see when the problem started.
