Flexible Learning and Impressive Course Variety Make This App a Standout
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is the flexibility the app offers. Whether I want to learn something late at night or squeeze in a lesson during a short break, I can simply open the app and pick up exactly where I left off. The range of courses is impressive, sometimes I’m genuinely surprised by how many niche topics are available. I also really like that the videos are divided into small, manageable segments. This makes the content feel less overwhelming, and I can complete a section even if I only have 10 or 15 minutes to spare. The search and filter functions work well too; I can usually find a suitable course quickly without endless scrolling. Since my team has access as well, it’s great that we can learn together or recommend courses to one another. It’s a big help for upskilling without having to rely on lengthy, formal training sessions. All in all, the convenience and the extensive library are what make this app stand out for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a noticeable inconsistency in course quality. While some courses are excellent, others seem outdated or overly basic, which means I often have to spend extra time searching for the right one. Additionally, there are sometimes too many duplicate courses covering the same topic, which can be confusing. The reporting and dashboard features could also use improvement, especially for teams that require more detailed tracking. Customer support is generally acceptable, though it can be slow at times. These issues aren't deal-breakers, but they are definitely areas where improvements could be made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform is especially useful for quickly upskilling without having to wait for formal training sessions or lengthy courses, which has genuinely benefited my daily work. Whenever I encounter difficulties with a tool or want to pick up a new skill, I can simply search and start a lesson right away, saving me the time I would otherwise spend searching online. It also streamlines the process for our entire team to stay current with new technologies, since we all learn from the same resource. Personally, it has helped me close knowledge gaps more efficiently and boosted my confidence when taking on new tasks at work. Additionally, it gives me reassurance in areas where I have practical experience but lack in-depth technical or theoretical understanding.
Streamlined Corporate Training with Intuitive UI
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the templates provided by Udemy Business, which are excellent right out of the box and offer a wide variety of choices. These templates significantly save us time because instead of building everything from scratch, we can simply tweak them to comply with our company or corporate branding guidelines, such as color schemes and gradients. This level of customization allows us to maintain a professional appearance that management appreciates, as it makes us look good without excessive effort. Additionally, I am impressed with the intuitive user interface, which allowed me to get started easily without much input from my colleagues. This usability means I didn't need to take much time from others to get up to speed, which is always a positive. The ease with which I could jump into using some existing courses, tweak them, and start working suggests a well-designed system that supports new users effectively. There is also robust documentation and abundant online content from experienced users that offer hints and tips, further aiding in the ease of use. Udemy Business is the superior product compared to others I've used, such as Cornerstone, and its features encourage discovery and experimentation, which I find enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really find anything that's a particular downside with Udemy Business compared to Cornerstone, which I used before. However, we might not be utilizing the analytics side too much. If accessing analytics was more straightforward or available on a clear dashboard, it could be an area of improvement. But overall, these are minor points, as the product is very good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Udemy Business for internal training as it provides a central platform with SSO, allowing us to track course completions and certifications. This streamlines our learning management system and simplifies compliance with corporate branding.
A Vast, Flexible Learning Hub That Fuels Professional Growth
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Udemy Business is the sheer variety of high-quality courses available in one place. Whether I need to learn something technical, improve soft skills, or explore a completely new topic, I can always find a course that fits exactly what I'm looking for. The platform makes learning easy and flexible — I can pick up lessons whenever I have time, continue from where I left off, and learn at my own pace without any pressure.
I also really appreciate the practical teaching style many instructors use. Most courses are structured in a way that helps me apply the concepts immediately in my day-to-day work. The recommendations and personalized learning paths are also helpful because they guide me toward relevant content without wasting time searching.
Overall, the best thing about Udemy Business is how accessible and convenient it makes continuous learning. It genuinely supports professional growth in a simple and effective way.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Udemy Business is a great learning platform, there are a few things that could be improved. The biggest issue for me is the inconsistency in course quality. Since different instructors create their own content, some courses are excellent, while others feel outdated or not structured well. It sometimes takes a bit of trial and error to find the right course.
Another thing I noticed is that the search and filtering options could be better. With such a huge library, it can get overwhelming, and it would help if the platform highlighted the most updated or top-rated courses more clearly.
Lastly, a few topics don’t have very advanced or in-depth courses. Once you complete the beginner and intermediate levels, it’s harder to find truly expert-level content.
Overall, these aren’t dealbreakers, but improving these areas would make Udemy Business an even more reliable and consistent learning platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Udemy Business helps solve one of the biggest challenges in professional development: access to reliable, on-demand learning. Instead of waiting for scheduled trainings or searching the internet for trustworthy resources, I now have a single platform where I can quickly find courses on almost any skill I need to improve.
It also solves the problem of time constraints. With flexible, self-paced learning, I can upskill whenever I have free time without affecting my work schedule. This has made learning a consistent habit rather than a one-time activity.
Another major benefit is the practicality of the content. Many courses are designed with real-world scenarios, so whatever I learn can be applied immediately to my daily tasks. This has helped me become more productive, confident, and efficient in my role.
Overall, Udemy Business makes continuous learning easier, faster, and more accessible — ultimately helping me stay updated and grow professionally without any complicated setup or dependency on formal training programs.

Comprehensive Learning Platform Packed with Helpful Features
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best learning platform for business, having almost all the category courses, with a lot of features that eventually helps in learning like adding notes with timestamps, QnA section etc. And I think one of the easiest platform to start with.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my view there are few things udemy needs to improve like their quiz section needs a lot of improvement, also live courses should be included other than that no mazor things.

It is helping organization to upskill their employees by assigning them courses, track progess and many more. And employees can also self assign the courses and start upskilling.
Expands Knowledge with Diverse, Ever-Growing Content
What do you like best about the product?
This platform provides a wealth of content across a wide range of topics. It continually helps me expand my knowledge and develop new skills. Additionally, it tracks my progress and sends me monthly reports, which I find very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface leaves room for improvement, and at times, the content quality is lacking. Additionally, the AppleTV app requires you to stream from your phone, which seems unnecessary, as you can already do that without needing a separate app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform is useful for revisiting business concepts and skills I have previously learned, as well as for gaining entirely new knowledge that broadens my skillset and enhances my overall perspective on my career.
User-Friendly Platform with Insightful Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I love the whole concept of Udemy Business and the nice and user-friendly application. Its simplicity and ease of use make navigating through learning resources a breeze. My favorite part is the analytical insights it provides, as they consistently keep me informed about my progress, showing clearly at what point I am standing, how much progress I've made, and what's left to do. The initial setup was also smooth, making it easy to get started with. I am impressed with how Udemy Business integrates all these features seamlessly, enhancing my learning experience.

I think the whole platform works well, the only thing I would add is more frequent reminders about unfinished courses.

In terms of courses content udemy is great but the certificate does not give you a real push in the professional world especially for a graduate who is seeking to get his first corporate job
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
udemy helped me address some skill gaps that prevented me you from getting promoted at my job or even advance in my career in general . Also the platform helped me to pick up a good learning habit

Fast, Practical Learning with Fresh Content—Some Room for Instructor and Lab Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
Immediate, targeted learning. When a ticket says “migrate UI tests to Playwright” or “add Appium to mobile CI,” I can find a credible course, watch 2–3 focused modules over lunch, and ship the first PR the same day. Paths bundle the basics -> advanced in a sane order so I don’t doomscroll YouTube.
Hands-on practice, not just videos. The quizzes, practice tests, and project-style exercises help me lock in concepts (e.g., mocking network calls, flaky-test triage patterns, API contract testing). I finish a module and can immediately paste patterns into our codebase.
Content freshness and breadth. The library updates fast when tools shift, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, k6/JMeter, Docker/K8s, AWS primitives, even soft skills like test strategy. It’s rare that I can’t find at least one up-to-date course.
Good for teams, not just me. With learning paths and groups, we align on a baseline: “Watch sections 1–6 by Friday, take the quiz; pair on a spike.” The admin analytics show completion and quiz results, so leads know where to invest coaching time.
SSO and app UX. Sign in with Okta takes seconds, mobile app supports offline, and playback speed + transcripts make it easy to fit around standups and on-calls.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are excellent instructors and a few… less excellent. It takes a couple of reviews to spot the right one.
Search can be noisy. You sometimes get five versions of the same topic; filters help, but curation could be tighter.
Hands-on labs aren’t universal. Not every course includes real projects or sandboxes, so you still need to build your own mini lab now and then.

Faster ramp and fewer blockers. New hires clone our repo on Monday and, by Wednesday, they’ve cleared a Playwright/Appium path and are green on their first E2E test. That chops weeks off onboarding.
Reduced flake and better test design. Courses on waits, retries, fixtures, and network stubbing gave us shared patterns; our UI flake rate dropped because everyone stopped inventing their own waits.
Wider coverage with the same team. Need performance baselines? Someone takes a concise JMeter/k6 course and sets up a smoke pipeline. Need contract tests? Another teammate blitzes an API testing path and ships Postman/Newman or pytest examples.
Concrete career growth. The ability to prove skills (quizzes, completion, cert prep) makes growth conversations easier and keeps motivation high during heavy delivery cycles.
Lower “tribal knowledge” risk. Instead of one expert hoarding context, we point to the same course sections and path notes. When that person is on PTO, the team still moves.
