Excellent platform for sharing ideas and learning new techniques
What do you like best about the product?
I like the community of professionals and entrepreneurs that udemy has formed, thanks to them people like me can have access to knowledge and skills never seen before in your country and that you can become a professional and make money, there are many high quality free courses of which I have seen almost all of them and I am brimming with ideas generated by all that great knowledge that professionals who make udemy share.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just as there are good and excellent courses, there are also many bad courses and the latter can have a high selling price because the users are the ones who set the price of their courses, which is dangerous and you could end up buying a lousy course.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to udemy my knowledge is deeper and more professional, my circle of friends in the professional field has grown due to the particular skills learned in the visualized courses, and all this implies a great change in my social and professional life, in short, the udemy platform is and will be one of the best worldwide to acquire knowledge and skills at an excellent and fair price.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My recommendations would be to take a certain amount of time each day to concentrate on the courses you choose to take, read all the support materials provided by the instructor and above all be aware of the discount offers of other courses that interest you.

The best thing about Udemy is that we can write notes while watching video and can read those notes below the video.

There was nothing like to dislike but now there is no option to download the video.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to set up and they do all the background technical work. The payment split is fair, and allows you to drive your own traffic without penalty. The same as using a personal site without the work of upkeep.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the Photo used for classes could have 3-4 words. So,e products need more than an image to show what they are about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an all-in-one platform Little if any technical skill is required. No trying to fix payment gateway or other technical issues. They handle it all.

It is a well-made platform. Just remember all courses are for life so if one is sold it can't be deleted. You can modify and improve it if needed.

You can easily navigate between courses & modules without any problem. With Mobile Apps, you can access the courses on your Android or Apple phone & download them on your phone.

Unlike its competitors like coursers, this platform does not offer courses accredited by traditional universities thus making it's less relevant for the job profile, especially in India.

I have been using Udemy for more than 5 years and it really helped me to improve my skills & learning tons of knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship, leadership skills, etc. All of them were very informative, well presented & more importantly, lecturers clearly explain the concept in a simple & fun-loving way.

What do you like best about the product?
Udemy has such wide variety of different courses by experienced industry professionals and masters where I can easily learn and master any skills. Their relatively low prices, discounts and offers are great to get benefits with for such a huge and knowledgeable course.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unlike other learning platforms such as EDX, Coursera, Udemy is unable to provide certification from Universities which is somehow required by different corporate organizations and especially for LinkedIn profile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My routine due to my media production work is too tuff but still I always wanted to learn and gain knowledge despite having an unscheduled pattern. Udemy mobile application such as for Android and iPhone is too beneficial and makes it easily accessible for me, because of it, I can download the courses, learn, gain knowledge and skills anywhere just by using a smartphone.

There are no dislikes. But it would be nice if Udemy offers more personalization of courses, i.e., in terms of the recommendation of courses. It should also provide some student offers for student email addresses.

What do you like best about the product?
Udemy has a wide range of courses for everyone. With the open forum to allow anyone to upload courses, this is a blessing and curse at the same time. This leads to the issue of 'just because you are an SME, doesn't mean you are a good teacher'. As the admin for my company, I have to review each course before issuing it to my team. Other than that, Udemy is the best plan that provides us what we need for our small learning budget.

My dislike is that anyone can upload a course.

My employees want to learn. They want to get better at what they are doing in their professional and personal lives. Changing the culture of how people do this was the first step. Udemy helped with this.
Udemy Excellent Content for eLearning
What do you like best about the product?
The videos are fantastic. The materials they supply to supplement the videos and give you the hands on experience is top notch. I have learned so much about Python in their full training from beginner knowing nothing about Python to using Python with web design! Fantastic. I love how many subjects they have available to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
The videos go pretty fast. It would be nice if they had built in pauses that allowed a normal user to type in the infromation they are explaining.
