What do you like best about the product?
I like udemy mainly the professional courses offered and the variety of these, as well as the affordable price of the courses, the management of the platform is also very easy and practical for people who do not have much technical knowledge, the quality of the courses and the ease of navigating through them is quite good and you can find with extreme ease and precision the courses that you like and are looking for, apart from this also offers quite nice discounts for our pocket and of which I have made use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually I have not found anything I don't like about the platform, it is quite difficult to find something you dislike because it is an excellent platform for professional learning use and there is no room for mistakes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a person who loves to study and take courses, in this aspect udemy is my soul mate, is my favorite platform and to which I go when I need or want to learn something, thanks to udemy I have learned a variety of work techniques and professional knowledge at a very low cost but of excellent quality and the best thing is that you have access to the course and its updates for life, I have learned a lot thanks to this platform and I have put the work techniques learned into practice to earn money professionally which I am and will be eternally grateful to udemy and its teachers.

If you want a place to start developing or acquiring work techniques to work either privately or professionally then udemy is your choice, you will not regret neither you nor your pocket.

What do you like best about the product?
I use this to learn about many areas that interest me not only related to my current position but also to other skills I want to possess for a possible future promotion and also to my hobbies since a wide array of courses are included it's as easy as just pick and choose the one I'm interested with and learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not an issue with the platform, I really love it but with myself, It has happened more than once that I want to learn several things at once, and instead of focusing on only one my attention gets too spread and I ended not finishing them in a reasonable timeframe, sometimes I even abandon them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is really good for learning a wide array of skills, currently, I'm improving my Adobe After Effects Skills

I am a person who works in a technology sector which requires a lot of knowledge and always be updated with the latest technologies and this is where you make your appearance, before it took me a long time to be finding good content updated in my sector of work and that was a problem that had to be solved immediately and thanks to you succeed, I registered and searched in the category of technology and saw all kinds of updated courses at a very affordable price and organized, when I ate to see the courses and was surprised by the quality, how well integrated and structured that is in the platform, since then udemy became my faithful update platform, talking also about the structure of the platform this is very easy to use and has a very comfortable design at sight, it is easy to pay the courses and access to it is almost immediately once paid the course, another thing that i like about udemy is that you can leave the course in one chapter and continue watching it the next day where you left it, apart from that it also shows you the exact minutes that each video and the whole course lasts in general as well as it has downloadable documents that the teachers leave us to go deeper into the subject which i like and is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really only one thing that bothers me and for which there is much dissatisfaction on the platform and has to do with the paid courses that become free, fortunately it has not happened yet but it would bother me a lot if one of the courses for which I paid a certain amount of money came to see it free, I understand that not everyone can pay certain amounts of money but I do not see fair that the paid courses become free without notifying users who paid for the course or give a bonus or something like that, apart from that I do not mind more anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me to develop and acquire more knowledge in my work sector, and to always be updated in terms of new technologies, Udemy has been a great support in my work life and I would never change it for another platform, in fact I do not think there is another platform that compares in price and quality.

Their courses are of exceptional quality and you can find topics on the platform for almost anything, they have many languages available for their courses and when the language is not available, you can be sure that it has subtitles, because the platform has a fairly large catalog of languages for subtitles.

Udemy is undoubtedly the best teaching platform in the whole internet, however there is a detail that disgusts me and that is that after you have already paid for a course then you see it for free on the platform, I am not saying that there are no free courses, but what I am saying is that after you have already spent your money on a course it is annoying to see it for free.

the most professional platform and with good prices of its kind that can be found on the internet, udemy is an excellent platform to learn and develop in many ways because there are all kinds of courses at very good prices and others even free, to me this platform has helped me a lot because the people who teach the courses are very professional and know the topic and what they are talking about, and bought and made a variety of courses and I can say that as udemy there is none, another thing to highlight is the quality of the videos and the ease when it comes to start making the courses, the website is very intuitive, comfortable and easy to navigate, has many options to configure the videos and the way they look, although I do not use but is a good detail from the developers, my favorite option is to write important notes on each video and then be able to investigate as well as the progress bar of the course, so I know what part of the course I'm and do not waste time looking, this option has helped me save much time in the multiple courses I have done.

there are few things I do not like about udemy, one of them is that there are courses that are not found despite the large amount of content on the platform, another detail is that there are courses that are too expensive and not worth the money, these courses should be moderated by the administrators and set a fair price, and the last thing is that the platform has few payment processors although there are many on the internet.

What do you like best about the product?
The premium content as well the free course available on udemy are it at best. I've bought full stack MEAN course on udemy and completed it within stipulated time all because of the simplicity and best user interface. As per your interest it shows up the content and you just need to tap and subscribe for the free course. In case of bought course there are so many features udemy has added and the indexing of the videos at it best. I like its web interface as well as mobile application. The user interface and design is friendly as well as interactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
No cons or dislike I found on udemy at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've learned MEAN (MongoDb, Express, Angular and Node) stack course and of course by completing course I got confidence in javascript as well as in NoSQL DB. It has helped me a lot to learn this things easily.

Ease of finding what I am looking for; shopping cart checkout functionality is straightforward; quarterly sale pricing and holiday deals are always great; instructors are usually pleasant, engaged, and their delivery is interesting; the reviews allow for a useful vetting process before committing to higher-priced courses; a wide array of topics with some categories diving deep towards a mastery level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish that the instructors were vetted a bit better on the actual viability of the content they are teaching and the delivery style (dull, monotone, and confusing makes for practically unwatchable content); wish they had an even more comprehensive library of topics; wish a high percentage of courses had an earnable professional certification, trade certification, or professional designation (proving competence matters); wish they had an unlimited course subscription offering.

Being in school can be rather tough when you’re not sure what you’re passionate about. Udemy helps solve this problem by giving you a platform to explore and learn constantly and explore your horizons.
Unreliable platform -- no support- difficult to get refunds

Lots of alternatives to Udemy (e.g. Coursera, LinkedIn, etc.).

1) Platform freezes, preventing one viewing a course. The billing does not freeze;
2) Request << refund >> and they give you "Udemy credit" -- for a platform that does not work. It's downright misleading terminology. You have to file a dispute with your credit card company;

What do you like best about the product?
wide range of topics and alot of classes. You can find almost any topic to the level of expertise you need which was very important to me. Also, theory and practical exampled were intertwined which is crucial for learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the teachers are not really experts. You have to really wet the class you're choosing to spend your time on bc it might not be worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm learning web development and node-good theory learning here for something you only get from actual books and not code examples.

great platform, but not better than Coursera at this point. Having both would be even better.
