Increased collaboration efficiency, less manual data entry, better data reuse.

PLM requires IT expertise to set up if it is not delivered as a bespoke solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data duplication efforts are reduced (EBOM to MBOM); IP information is more readily available to stakeholders in the company other than the design office; collaboration is better achieved through formalized processes.
