What do you like best about the product?
I love the several products that Foursquare offers, which is easy to use. I enjoy having access to census and maps from the past. We use the tool for marketing purposes as we are trying to grow our audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike about Foursquare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I enjoy reaching customers in real time and the ability to measure our numbers. I love the look of the maps too. It's nice to have access to other maps, which gives us ideas on content creation and measurement ideas.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to measure foot traffic attribution solutions for enterprise clients
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take some time for the lookback window to garner enough data. Not an issue perse, but it needs to be communicated up to facilitate client expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're learning how effective our digital media campaigns are at driving real life product usage.

What do you like best about the product?
The detailed ability to easily build high-quality mobile location (lookback and real-time/precise) audiences is the sole reason we use Factual/Foursquare at our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I've found so far is this platform isn't very search-friendly when it comes to addresses. Sometimes, if the address is not perfect, the location will not show up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Factual/Foursquare for their mobile device data to provide mobile location lookback and real-time/precise audiences for our clients to run programmatic advertisements.

What do you like best about the product?
Building any mobile location audience, either real-time/precise or as a lookback is incredibly easy and efficient. The ability to have the audience automatically imported into my ad platform's account is essential.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of using Factual is a decent amount of the time a business address does not show up initially and takes some revision to appear. If a unit number or highway is included in the address, this makes it increasingly difficult to show up in the search result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building mobile location-specific audience to use for targeting programmatic display ads for client's based on the user's device location, either in real-time or in the past.

What do you like best about the product?
Setup process and implementation support was tremendous. Support staff was very nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Platform could be a bit daunting in navigation, nothing much to dislike though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Audience segment and foot step attribution is tremendously good.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Worth every penny you spend on it. You will be far ahead of your competitors and you can find more about it by trying it out once. I would definitely suggest to go for it!

Platform can be a little clunky to navigate. Take a while to figure out.

They were very helpful in explaining the set up process and implementation into our other campaigns.

Took a few tries to get in touch with the right people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building audience segments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I feel like it was a lot easier because I came to them through Basis by Centro. Without the recommendation, they were putting me through a more difficult questionnaire before taking my questions.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy and simple it is to use. I find the system to be relevant and it makes doing any work so much easier
What do you dislike about the product?
That it is not exactly free. If it was free I think everyone would use it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solve a lot of different business issues that typically would take me hours to figure out where this makes it easy and fast.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely use it. It's worth the money and then some. You'll never experience something that has this kind of value because there is none to compare it to. Your business associates will be jealous, they won't even know why.
