What do you like best about the product?
It has been a time saver for my sales process. Before this tool, I used to spend countless hours drafting emails, agonizing over every word and trying to strike the right tone. Now? It's like having a super-smart sales assistant right at my fingertips.

What really blows me away is how GTM Buddy doesn't just spit out generic templates. Gen AI helps me a lot in immediate context driven content.
What do you dislike about the product?
While GTM Buddy is powerful, it's not perfect. The current version occasionally struggles with:

Gen AI does not extract shareable links to prospects
There are technical issues when using with chrome
I find chrome plugin to be bloated so not using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GTM Buddy has become my secret weapon in solving critical sales challenges, dramatically transforming my prospecting workflow by eliminating hours of manual email drafting and enabling intelligent, personalized outreach at scale.

By generating contextually relevant content that maintains professional communication standards, the tool allows me to focus on high-value relationship building while significantly increasing email engagement and response rates

What do you like best about the product?
Admin is given a ton of tools to properly organize company resources that makes it easy for sellers to access. I don't find myself only relying on the search function to find resources, which can often take a long time to find what you're looking for. Aside from that, the other features like integrating with Gmail (tracking opens), and allowing sellers to create digital sales rooms are incredibly helpful in the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing is that I've found sometimes the opportunity tracking (linking engagement to deals) isn't always the most accurate. (this is likely because I work as an Account Manager, so we have multiple open opps on a single account)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall just saving time in the sales process. There's tons of company information and resources we need to leverage and GTM buddy makes it easy to find what I need. Digital sales rooms also create a great experience for the customer.

Sometimes the GTM Buddy gets stuck and it is Unable to load the required data and Documents from the GTM Buddy, which makes it hard and Frustrating at times

The problem of finding ideal templates and Images for Sales outreach and making our day-to-day operations, cross-selling and upselling, and running email campaigns from this, and driving and checking the areas of improvement, making Sales Team Life Easier

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to send a mail with the GTM buddy with all the information required and send bulk emails also manage all the required documents and pdf's required to communicate with prospects effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about the tool.

It makes emails and to check the information easily and helps keep the links intact and send all the information at once and also manage all the required documents at once.

Overall, I haven’t encountered anything I strongly dislike about GTM Buddy. It’s been helpful and user-friendly in my experience. If I had to mention anything, it might be that there’s always room for small UX improvements or advanced customization depending on team needs, but nothing has been a major blocker

GTM Buddy is helping solve the problem of content discovery and relevance in sales conversations. Instead of digging through multiple folders or platforms to find the right collateral, GTM Buddy surfaces the most relevant content automatically based on the sales stage, opportunity type, or CRM activity. What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using GTM Buddy, it’s simple, intuitive, and makes my day-to-day work so much easier. The ease of use is a big highlight; I can quickly find the right content without digging through folders, and everything integrates smoothly into my workflow. It’s saved me time and given me confidence that I always have the most relevant information at my fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like the functionality of GTM Buddy, but I do wish the Google Chrome extension were easier to navigate. At the moment, I need to open a blank tab to access it, which adds an extra step and slows me down. It would be great if the extension were more seamless and accessible directly where I’m working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps streamline processes by making it much easier to find the right content at the right time. Instead of searching through multiple folders or platforms, everything I need is surfaced in one place. This saves me time, reduces frustration, and allows me to focus more on my conversations with customers rather than tracking down information.
