    Improved sales conversations and content access but still needs better accuracy and interface

    What is our primary use case?

    I use GTM Buddy to support our sales and enablement process, which helps the sales team quickly access relevant content, playbooks, battle cards, and product information during customer interactions. GTM Buddy ensures that sales representatives can find the right information without spending too much time searching through multiple systems.

    During customer conversations, GTM Buddy suggests relevant sales content and case studies based on the context, and it really helps our team respond faster and improve the consistency of customer messaging across the organization.

    What is most valuable?

    The most valuable feature for me is the AI-powered content recommendation engine, which helps representatives quickly find relevant case studies, presentations, and product information without manual searching through multiple folders and files. This really saves time and improves productivity, ensuring the sales team uses the most relevant and up-to-date content.

    Another feature that is valuable to me is the digital sales room, which provides a centralized space for the sales team to share content, collaborate with other teams, and track engagement. The analytics feature is also very helpful to understand which sales assets are being used most frequently, and the seamless integration with CRM platforms is crucial because it allows the sales team to access relevant content directly within their daily workflow without switching between multiple applications.

    GTM Buddy positively impacts my organization by making sales content more accessible and easier to use, allowing sales representatives to spend much less time searching through data and more time engaging with customers. It also improves the consistency in messaging across the team and helps increase the adoption of approved content, contributing to better sales productivity and a more streamlined enablement process overall.

    What needs improvement?

    GTM Buddy requires improvements in efficiency for our sales team by making it easier to find relevant content, allowing representatives to quickly access the information they need on a single platform. Its interface requires significant improvement, as it does not offer the same user-friendly navigation seen in other tools. The AI-powered recommendation engine also requires enhancement, as it sometimes suggests content not fully aligned with customer context or sales opportunities. Improving recommendation accuracy is essential and would significantly benefit our teams, and I would also appreciate more advanced analytics and reporting capabilities, as well as faster loading times when working with large content libraries.

    GTM Buddy's governance and security features are quite good, with multiple authentication options available. The recommendations are helpful but could be more accurate. I would appreciate more granular control for content management and approval workflows, and additional security and compliance features would be beneficial for organizations handling sensitive customer and business data.

    I find the accuracy of GTM Buddy's recommendations not quite good. While the AI recommendations are useful, they occasionally suggest content that is not aligned with our context. Improving the precision, consistency, and reliability of these features would greatly enhance user experience and necessitate more accuracy in generative content.

    For how long have I used the solution?

    I have been working with GTM Buddy for the past three to four years.

    What do I think about the stability of the solution?

    GTM Buddy is stable overall, but it can lag when handling large data sets. Occasionally, when importing data, it may shut down, leaving us uncertain about our data status, requiring us to reattempt the import multiple times.

    What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

    In terms of scalability, GTM Buddy performs well in my organization, as it is easy to scale with a growing number of users and content assets. Our teams across different regions use this platform without experiencing major performance issues, aside from the stability challenges seen with large data sets.

    How are customer service and support?

    Customer support has generally been responsive and helpful, with a knowledgeable support team that works closely with customers to resolve issues. Complex requests may take some time to resolve, but overall, the experience has been positive as they guide us through problems promptly.

    Integration is quite straightforward and does not require improvement, and the support team is very friendly and responsive to queries.

    How was the initial setup?

    The setup process is straightforward and does not require significant infrastructure costs. The licensing model is easy to manage, and I found good value in improved sales productivity, although the pricing may be high for smaller organizations.

    What was our ROI?

    The biggest return on investment came from improved sales productivity, as teams now spend less time searching for content and more time engaging with customers. Previously, they spent around thirty to thirty-five minutes searching for content, but now it is reduced to one to two minutes to find and connect with clients, leading to a reduction of three to five hours each week. I also see better utilization of existing sales assets and improved consistency in customer-facing communication.

    What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

    The pricing is on the higher side compared to basic content management solutions, but it offers specialized sales enablement capabilities that justify the investment.

    Which other solutions did I evaluate?

    I evaluated Highspot and Showpad, which are strong solutions, but the AI-driven approach of GTM Buddy influenced my decision.

    What other advice do I have?

    If you are looking to use GTM Buddy, I advise spending time organizing and tagging your sales content before implementation. With its AI-driven recommendations, this tool truly saves time when searching for content and ensures alignment between sales, marketing, and teams on content ownership and governance, maximizing adoption and improving quality. I would rate this product a seven out of ten.

    What do you like best about the product?
    What I like about GTM Buddy is that it focuses on what actually helps close deals, not just content views or downloads.

    The AI makes it easy for reps by bringing the right content directly into the CRM, so they don’t have to search for it themselves.

    I also like how content engagement data helps PMM teams understand what’s working and what needs improvement.

    Ask Buddy seems like a big time-saver because it reduces constant support requests from sales teams. And the AI Role Play feature is a smart way to improve messaging and talk tracks faster.

    The Enablement Index is another strong feature because it gives leadership a clear view of what’s working across the team.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    A couple of areas where GTM Buddy could improve:

    The UI can feel a bit overwhelming when you first start using it, especially with so many features packed in.

    I’d also like to see more flexibility in the custom report builder to make reporting easier to tailor for different teams and leadership needs.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    GTM Buddy helps solve a big problem for PMM and sales teams, understanding what content is actually being used and what’s helping move deals forward.

    It gives clear visibility into which assets sales reps are sharing with prospects and which ones buyers are engaging with. That helps us decide what content to invest in more, what to improve, and what to stop spending time on.

    One interesting learning for us was that a content piece that sales teams strongly requested ended up being one of the least used assets after launch. That insight helped us have better discussions with sales leadership and rethink priorities for the next quarter.

    The AI features in Nucleus are also helpful because they highlight skill gaps across reps and suggest coaching areas. It saves time and enables more personalized enablement.

    I also like the Roleplay feature since it helps teams improve talk tracks and messaging through quick feedback and practice.

    What is our primary use case?

    My main use case for GTM Buddy is role play training for my BDR team. A specific example of how I use GTM Buddy for role play training with my BDR team is that I get them to do mock cold calls with GTM Buddy. This is the main thing I use GTM Buddy for.

    What is most valuable?

    The best features GTM Buddy offers are that it can listen to examples of good calls and pretend to be a prospect, then create a mock cold call scenario for my reps to practice with. GTM Buddy has positively impacted my organization because my reps can practice mock cold calls before actually getting on the phones, which makes them more confident.

    GTM Buddy generates those scenarios in an automated way, but you can customize it yourself.

    I have noticed about 20% faster ramp as a specific outcome from this.

    What needs improvement?

    I do not know how GTM Buddy can be improved. I wish GTM Buddy could do more cold call scenarios, as it is something my team has discussed.

    For how long have I used the solution?

    I have been using GTM Buddy for three months.

    What do I think about the stability of the solution?

    GTM Buddy is pretty stable.

    How are customer service and support?

    I have not needed to use the customer support of GTM Buddy because the product is good.

    My advice to others looking into using GTM Buddy is to use it because it is good. I would rate GTM Buddy an eight out of ten because it is good, but it is not perfect.

    GTM Buddy has solidified its reputation as the "Seller-First" alternative to legacy enablement platforms like Highspot or Seismic. What users like best is its AI-native architecture, which is designed to surface information automatically rather than making reps search for it.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Because GTM Buddy tries to surface so much information contextually, the interface can feel "busy."Some users find the UI clunky or overwhelming, especially on the homepage or when managing a high volume of assets with similar keywords.     What do you like best about the product?
    I like the content management features, especially how easy it is to handle access control, uploading, and updating our content. I use those features every day. The AskBuddy option is also pretty amazing; it gives quick answers based on the content we upload, so our teams don't have to dig through 100s of uploads. The support we receive from the GTM Buddy team is fantastic, too.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Some parts of the platform could use improvement in terms of user experience, particularly the learning management system. That being said, it's easy enough to figure out now, and I understand that updates are on the way.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    The main problem we're solving with GTM Buddy is content management and access control. In the past, we had multiple disjointed decks circulating, which made it difficult to keep track of the latest information. Now, we have a single source of truth, allowing our internal teams to access the most up-to-date resources.

    What do you like best about the product?
    GTM Buddy’s greatest strength lies in its ability to present the right content exactly when it’s needed. Rather than requiring trainees to manually sift through shared drives or confluence pages, GTM Buddy offers immediate access to highly relevant assets through its AI tool, and does so with impressive accuracy.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I can't see any downsides as per my usage of more than 50 hrs on the UI.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    For organizations such as ours that manage complex GTM motions, GTM Buddy changes content management from being just a passive repository to serving as an active enablement engine. It has also supported us in training new employees, empowering them to become independent problem solvers.

    What do you like best about the product?
    GTMBuddy is an easy one-stop shop for all my collaterals. I've created Digital Sales Rooms for a lot of my prospects and has been greatly helpful in understanding who viewed what collateral and for how long.

    The added benefit of pulling out insights on the collateral shared with our prospects really helps prioritise deals.

    Their support team is always available on standby and quick to resolve my queries, while also suggesting more tips and hacks.

    The integrations with our internal communication channels as well as our CRM has made it easier to view insights and pull in any relevant content.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The UI is a bit clunky and overwhelming- can take some time getting used to.

    AskBuddy and homepage can be changed to make it more dynamic to the user who is working on the platform

    I love how GTM Buddy makes it easy to organize and share resources with prospects through digital sales rooms and bundles. It feels polished and professional (especially the update!), and has helped our team present content in a way that’s much more engaging. The support team is also incredibly responsive and helpful, which makes adoption and troubleshooting feel effortless.

    The search functionality could be smoother, and I find that it sometimes takes more clicks than expected to get to the right resource. It’s not a dealbreaker, but a more intuitive flow and faster navigation would make a big difference in daily use.

    What really blows me away is how GTM Buddy doesn't just spit out generic templates. Gen AI helps me a lot in immediate context driven content.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    While GTM Buddy is powerful, it's not perfect. The current version occasionally struggles with:

    Gen AI does not extract shareable links to prospects
    There are technical issues when using with chrome
    I find chrome plugin to be bloated so not using it.
