I love that it’s AI-driven and how proactively it detects and stops threats before they become a bigger problem.

What do you dislike about the product?

We’ve found that the lack of email archiving can be a bit of a problem for some of our customers.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We’ve been genuinely impressed with how IRONSCALES detects phishing emails. It’s been a big help for our staff members and has made it easier for them to spot suspicious messages.

What do you like best about the product?

The ease of use and that it does most of the work for you instead of you doing the work for the system. Integration is seamless and the onboarding process is quick and simple. Uptime is very high. The ROI is very high. Machine learning and AI is the core of the platform.

What do you dislike about the product?

I would suggest Ironscales to expand its activity to other areas, since they do a great job in developing excellent products.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It secures the email channel with the best rate of detecting phishing attacks.

What do you like best about the product?

I appreciate the ease of deployment of IRONSCALES, especially thanks to its integration with Microsoft 365, which is done in a few clicks without requiring complicated settings. The AI module is very relevant as it raises alerts that save me time by effectively pre-sorting. Moreover, the initial configuration was very quick and does not require advanced skills, which greatly simplifies implementation.

What do you dislike about the product?

I would say that one of the problems is that it is necessary to have Microsoft 365 or Google for it to work. If you have a local system or pop or SMTP boxes, the solution is not compatible. It does not work with local messaging, which could be a hindrance for some users.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

IRONSCALES effectively secures my messaging, facilitates deployment, and thanks to its AI module, sorts alerts for quick processing with less time and effort.

What do you like best about the product?

Technically, IRONSCALES is a great product and delivers exactly what you’d expect from a strong email security solution. What really stands out for me, though, is the team behind it. Their pre-sales and post-sales support is exceptional - they’re responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping both us and our customers. Having a great product backed by a great team makes a huge difference.

I havent experienced any downsides as yet

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

IRONSCALES gives us a strong, cost-effective alternative in the email security market. With competitors seeing repeated price increases, it’s great to have another technically strong solution that offers customers more choice and better value without compromising on security.

What do you like best about the product?

As someone in a non-technical role, I've found Ironscales amazing. The platform is straightforward to navigate and the phishing simulations have been one of the most valuable features for me. They've helped me further understand what to look out for in suspicious emails and given me more confidence when reporting potential phishing attempts.

The onboarding and support have been fantastic too. Whenever we've needed help, the team has been responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Ironscales has helped improve security awareness across the business in a way that's simple and accessible, even for non-technical users.

Furthermore, the pricing is great value for the features and protection provided. As someone who helps market solutions to customers, it's something I can genuinely stand behind and recommend with confidence.

What do you dislike about the product?

So far, I don't have any constructive feedback to leave. The experience has been very positive, and I have no doubt that if any issues or suggestions came up in the future, the Ironscales team would be responsive, supportive and happy to work with us to find a solution.

The spam filtering is probably my favourite feature because it cuts down on unwanted emails and helps keep my inboxes cleaner. I've also been quite impressed with how well the platform works alongside our existing email environment!

It provides protection against advanced email threats and includes automated phishing simulations along with security awareness training. Great value for money.

Some legitimate emails are occasionally flagged or quarantined as suspicious, requiring manual review.

Protects organizations from impersonation attacks.

What do you like best about the product?

I like IRONSCALES for being a single platform that includes API integration, making it easy to integrate with both Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. The API integration means it's just a couple of clicks to connect with my mail platform, making it super easy to set up.

What do you dislike about the product?

We are a little uneasy about war conflict affecting areas that IRONSCALES have operations, including Ukraine and Israel.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

IRONSCALES provides a capability to enhance our mail platform, controlling insecure threats via email, and helps test and educate our staff.

What do you like best about the product?

Integrating Ironscales with Microsoft and Google Workspace helps us carry out our duties much more efficiently and keeps our day-to-day work running smoothly.

I would say the user interface has improved, allowing administrators to work from a single pane when conducting investigations.

Ironscales has improved our overall performance when resolving investigations. It helps us automatically identify the factors we need to consider during each investigation, which makes the process clearer and more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?

Ironscales is easy to setup and integrate with Microsoft 365 with additional settings for impersonation which makes Ironscales ideal for business and enterprise customers. The portal allows for easy management of multiple customers making this an ideal solution for MSPs.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes Ironscales can deliver emails that should have been intercepted but the Ironscales support team are quick to jump on these with their AI being trained further.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ironscales is a solid Ai driven email security platform providing easy centralised management of our customers email, it is an ideal email security solution for MSPs.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like the centralized management feature of IRONSCALES, which makes it easier for us to manage email security across different partner tenants. The platform is genuinely easy to use on a daily basis. The AI threat detection is quite impressive as it works well in catching threats that other software we've used in the past have missed. The automation provided by IRONSCALES has been a huge time-saver, reducing the hours we spend each week on manually reviewing emails. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, with much of the platform working right out of the box. Lastly, I appreciate how the IRONSCALES AI learns and evolves by gathering data across all tenants to improve its threat detection capabilities.

What do you dislike about the product?

The only down side is they don't have a useful spam filter. They do detect and filter spam but its very limited and I think adding more functionality for this would help a lot.
