Providing just in time email intelligence for end users in their inbox. Customizable phishing simulations allow end users to be trained on the unique threats of their industry

Very good mail security system, with many features to enhance your company's email security.
What do you like best about the product?
The anti-spam solution offers comprehensive protection with advanced features, including adaptive learning capabilities and user awareness checks. The platform excels at event monitoring and alert management through its intuitive interface. The training modules and security simulations provide valuable educational content, while the implementation process is streamlined, typically taking less than an hour to fully integrate. As a result, our users have developed a stronger understanding of email security best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
i would like that there could be an opperability with Office 365 Spam services - though i'm not sure it's possible.

What do you like best about the product?
easy to use, highly efficient, and incredibly effective at detecting phishing threats in real time. keep our organization secure with minimal effort. the customer support is outstanding. My Customer Success Manager, Shaked Shemian, is amazing, always proactive and ready to help even before I reach out.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to dislike, but occasional false positives can require manual review. A bit more customization in alerts and reporting would be a great addition
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IRONSCALES saves us a ton of time since we don’t have dedicated security analysts. The AI handles phishing threats automatically, so we don’t have to manually sort through suspicious emails. it keeping our company safe without extra effort.

Mobile Application, automation of investigation and decision making, "threading" of multiple messags, Awareness/Training Phishing Campaigns

Feature requests, specific customization for specific tailored needs, Inability to reside in several places architentualy like other platforms(Default MX for example)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Investigations are decided automatically by the system, and flags out anything that might require fine tuninig or anomalies. The mobile application helps in making a decision right 'here' and 'now'. This is very helpful instead of relaying it to specific security teams within the organization. The daily report helps users understand what is quarantined/blocked, etc'. In one word, automation. The phishing campains helps with annual training and education.

Easy to use and implement the solution, with automated classification of spam/phishing emails
What do you dislike about the product?
Post-delivery analysis, there's a chance the user can open the email/click on a link prior to the automatic remediation.

Reducing the number of spam/phishing emails that end up in user inboxes.

What do you like best about the product?
It just works the way any AI-based email security tool should. Their technical support is pretty responsive and knowledgeable
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing bad really that I can say about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stops phishing attacks such as VIP impersonation from happening. I use the phishing simulation and training once a month as well to educate our staff so that they become more cybervigilant.
IronScales - Email filtering
What do you like best about the product?
Ironscales is great because I rarely have to look at it. It does what it does without my intervention and it does it well. Easy to setup and maintain. Automatically adds new mailboxes for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bit pricey but what it offers is worth the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ironscales scans all email coming into the organization and automatically blocks or quarntines many emails. Even after passing through Microsofts filters, IronScales catches quite a large number of spam and phising emails.

I would be happy with a larger selection of videos and phishing examples related to everyday life

The automated filtering system is very helpful in preventing malicious emails from getting through.
