Phishing protection at scale done right
What do you like best about the product?
How simple it is to use and get our end users to adapt and use. We use Outlook mobile and the Outlook web plugin and so they are able to submit for rapid evaluation emails they question, no long wait on IT for tickets or risks missing important emails due to delays and holds. Also, the fact that it is not another in path email system means we were able to integrate it without issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The IronSchools still needs to grow and build out. As more of a community builds around the product we look forward to being able to share what works and does not work. Finally, end user engagement can step up more, while it is easy and fast we want to see it provide more direct engagement and encouragement to users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IronScales has done a number of things for us including reducing the number of Phishing emails that make it to users mailboxes, removing emails that do make it from users mailboxes quickly and often without IT action, and helping users stay vigilant regarding emails. We have seen an increase in users taking the lead on reporting and acting on suspicious emails. In addition the warning banners showing up only when needed and going away or showing up based on feedback and detection means they don't become something that is seen all the time and thus ignored.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a tool that works best when users are trained and it is explained to them that they are helping to protect others at their company/ team. We found that our best outcomes came when users that were good at spotting phishing started getting positive feedback on their reporting and thus helping the whole company.
Very Effective Product
What do you like best about the product?
Ironscales does a very effective and thorough job of preventing phishing attacks and does a well thought through job of simulating phishing attacks and reporting on and educating users. They have a good mobile application too that lets me manage alerts very quickly and easily outside of hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using this product for a year now and haven't found anything I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to protect our office 365 email accounts from phishing attacks and to test our users awarenesses and provide training where needed. I has completely satisfies these two aims.
Ironscales is straigforward to setup and use
What do you like best about the product?
It was very easy to set up. It was configured in about 1 hour. It is easy to navigate and use. I am able to see multiple domains in a single pane. They have been making many advancements on categorizing threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is flaky. It was alerting me on incidents I needed to look at, then it didn't. It then was fixed and is now broken again. The training still has a ways to mature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The two things I am solving for is (1) phishing emails and (2) being able to test my users. As far as Ironscales identifying phishing emails it has done an excellent job. The testing of my users is very good but would like for a way to force my users to watch training when they make a mistake and not be able to click off of it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I believe this is the best product in the category, particularly for small and medium businesses.

What do you like best about the product?
The learning engine for submitted emails as well as the phishing campaigns with statistical information available about the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tweaking of where the AI needs to be set at for auto resolution
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product takes care of end users being able to submit phishing emails where it will auto resolve for any other users. Again, the phishing campaigns allow us to view who needs additional training when failing as well as who is not taking the remediation training subsequently.

What do you like best about the product?
This has not only saved my company from many Phishing attempts but has also served to educate the users as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more campaigns or allowed me to create my own

As a financial institution we receive many attacks and the users have time and time again fallen for phishing attempts
