I've been using ConnectNow for a few weeks now, and it's proven to be a solid, reliable calling app. It’s an excellent alternative to the more well-known apps out there, with some great features that stand out.

Easy to use and offers flexibility to daily contact the customers, it also has an easy interface and super easy call records which helps me investigate calls history

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to use you can also paste the phone number with the country code and it will automatically change the code the selected
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't make a conference call and the transfer is quite difficult

It's solving the issue of having to call the customers with your own number for privacy reasons that has helped me alot
Their IVR is a straight-up fire!

Ziwo is the bomb when it comes to contact center software! We rely on it religiously for our branches throughout the GCC and Egypt. And let me tell you, their IVR feature is a straight-up fire!
It's like having a secret tool that keeps us from dropping any calls and amps up our revenue like crazy. It's seriously transformed the game for us!
