What do you like best about the product?
Ziwo is very modern and friendly to use
Provides us with more data on the agents e.g call recordings

nothing at the moment, always get help instantly from their customer support whenever we need help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are able to interactor with our customers, resolve their issues effectively and in a timely manner.

This is a great service, easy to use. l highly recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
How it works and how the Management do their job whenever we have an inquiry. I can also easily check and do the analysis as it provides all you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
No ACW per agents it should have like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving my Manpower Analysis as I can easily track the report and also, if we have an issue Management are always there to assist.

i like the fact that , it makes the calls feel so live
like it's through networking directly & not through an app,

i dislike the latency in receiving the changes when it freezes sometimes *latency*
it really gets on my nerves when it comes to taking more than the proper timing to load .

i'm observing that it solved the connection issues
& it's way faster & sheeper than connecting through international lines .

What do you like best about the product?
It is incredibly easy to use and to modify to best fit what you need from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a couple of things I disliked when we first started using it but those have all been ironed out over time so in short, there is nothing at the moment that I dislike

It allows us to listen in on live calls from our own computers without having to sit right next to the agent

When you first sign up it will be daunting as there are so many options but learning them is a breeze and is there to help you personalise the software to what you need
