Great product. Fantastic Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
They have an amazing product but their customer support is the real selling point for me. I can get an engineer via chat within a couple minutes and they're extremely knowledgable. Without fail they help me get my problem resolved and there's never been one escalation. All companies should model their tech support on Kandji's.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think of. Kandji has a great product ans even better support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a team of one, it allows me to manage and secure my fleet of devices very efficiently. The console. is easy to use, and the built in CIS benchmarks save me a lot of time. They have a really nice API which I leverage for custom alerting and reports. It's a well designed product.
