Great product and even better technical support!
What do you like best about the product?
The technical support team are great! Very knoledgable and always on hand for any issues. Easy intergration, quick onboarding for end users and the Kandji Self Service tool is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike but a two way communication feature would be incredibly helpful. The ability to push notifications to end users through the desktop client and have custom forms for end users to be able to submit issues/queires through would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asset management for all our Macbooks and iPhones with the addition of the EDR feature. Allows us to configure and onboard company IT assets through a centralised dashboard.
