Easy to Administer and Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
Kandji is easy to administer, even for me as a non-technical user, and it's very easy for our users to onboard onto their machines. In the rare cases I do have questions or issues, their customer success and support teams are incredibly helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve to setting up and editing different blueprints, but the team is great in the early implementation stages of walking you through things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kandji makes it easy to ensure our users have their machines configured to satisfy our security and audit requirements. It also makes onboarding and offboarding employees a breeze.
