What do you like best about the product?

-Easiest setup of any MDM I've ever used
- Smooth experience integrating Okta for SSO and Device Management
- Easy and pretty enrollment process for new machines, and seamless integration with Apple Business for automatic enrollment
-Device blueprints are easy to use and improvements they have made over time have made them more flexible than ever
-Scripts written by employees (!) and hosted in their public GitHub are very helpful and useful
-MDM features are robust and constantly evolving, App Library makes adding things easy and quick

What do you dislike about the product?

-Maybe that it can't manage Linux or Windows? Other than that, not much.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a fully remote workforce based around the Globe, Kandji makes it easy to manage our entire fleet of Macs remotely and asynchronously.
