Knadji is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Setup, User support is always ready to assist, Clean UI, Easier to deploy than Jamf
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like some better historical data - device data gets deleted if i need to redeploy and i delete device record. i.e. deleted device record but forgot to pull filevault key. Maybe some more asset tracking capabilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kandji's built-in compliance tools are a huge time saver. Ability to have a self service for users

Great MDM solution with excellent support
What do you like best about the product?
Kandji makes it easy to push profiles and applications to devices, and their startup attitude makes them nimble and easy to communicate with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it's a smaller shop, there are fewer well-tuned items, and some UI bugs, but otherwise they've got everything we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring we're able to stay current with our compliance across multiple auditors, without adding a ton of workload for IT, or our users.
Easy to use and innovative
What do you like best about the product?
I love their support team and members at Kandji, quick and always provide great answers to my questions. Their software is also easy to use making administration a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some gaps in use but I believe this is due to technology not being quite there yet. I believe with time Kandji will be able to meet some of the needs that have been asked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kandji is serving as my company's MDM solution. They have made deploying and automatic enrollment to our business needs quick and easy. I have ben able to quickly manage devices for onboarding as well as pushing out new updates as they come.
Smooth and amazing
What do you like best about the product?
The automation when ordering a new Mac and the way that we can set up updates for macOS and applications automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Alerts can be overwhelming and no way to mute them or a way that we can acknowledge them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating updates for our devices, so we know that every software has the latest version so we can focus somewhere else.

The platform and configurations have a simple-to-use interface. Handoff between sales and customer support has been seamless.

There haven't been any major issues yet. We had to dedicate a few days to learning the platform and setting up the initial blueprints.

What do you like best about the product?
Kandji is simple to setup, configure, and rollout to my small fleet of MacOS devices.
The staff have been helpful well beyond the initial sales pitch, customer support always going above and beyond what was asked.

I'm six months into using Kandj and I haven't had an issue with the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a small business that needs to be ISO 27001 compliant; Kandji takes care of so much of the device InfoSec requirements. It gets out of the way of the end user so they barely notice it, while I know that the device is up-to date.

The ease of configuration and deployment
What do you dislike about the product?
The self service app doesn't load always.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My work force is entirely remote. This solves the obvious need to manage devices around the world from a single platform and fits well with my IT budget.
