Makes my life so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can erase a previous employee's laptop data through the kandji portal without needing to go to the Apple Genius Bar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes as the main thing I needed to use was a platform that can help update and edit a laptop if / when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to have to go to the apple store all the time when someone is having laptop issues, this is now not an issue anymore and is helping me save time.
Prompt Support and amazing solutions
What do you like best about the product?
The prompt support and giving the best solution for the admin make the work easier and more appropriate. Also in the time of any kind of trouble we got the best solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
some features are still need to be updated, I guess it takes a while to update, so no complaints about it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kandji Engineers solve any kind of issues I as a admin face. When ever I asked for help they were available with a solution or else they somehow find the solution.

The setup is straightforward to understand. The how-to guides are well written and support is responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some additional search features for audit purposes would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing Apple devices using Kandji is simple and does not take a lot of time. Kandji has saved me a lot of time.
Great UX/UI
What do you like best about the product?
Great UX/UI, easy to configure Blueprints, good visibility for my devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some sections have a lot of content like the Library, might be better to use pagination.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding new employees.

What do you like best about the product?
Kandji has been a great alternative to JAMF. Their team is helpful and communicative and quickly responds to our inquiries. The platform itself is intuitive and full-featured.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love more robust reporting features, can't wait for those! An integration with JIRA Insight would be FANTSTIC!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kandji has been a great MDM solution for Teachable. It's more affordable than JAMF pro but contains almost as many features. It's the perfect zero-touch deployment solution for our needs.
Super Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
The support and customer service that Kandji provides is excellent. Very intuitive platform as well. The response is quick and professional. A clean look that helps to manage all aspects of device management.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint would be the cost. We have a small selection and it is a steep price. The service however makes up for it. If we had more devices and use cases this would be even more important. With the educational discount, it does help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed help switching iPads from one school manager to another school manager and then have them managed through a single platform. The help and ease of Kandji made this doable for even a non-mac expert.

With our migration from Meraki to Kandji nearly complete, I'd like to say a few things.
Firstly: Kandji is a people-first company! They foster relationships and believe it makes a difference. It is a difference you can instantly feel. From the initial demo calls to the AMAZING in-house support. I can put many names to roles within the organization.
Secondly: The migration has been flawless and the ease of use coupled with the intentional small touches make for a solution that stands out. The subtle UI elements, the speed, and amazing built-in chat support make for one great admin experience!
The end user's experience runs in unison with the experience Apple wants you to have. The first-day/zero-touch user experience is simply spectacular.
Overall, Kandji and its people, have added a breath of fresh air into a traditionally mundane process for both the admin and end-user.

The MDM when you don't want to spend time managing
What do you like best about the product?
Kandji is simply excellent, it's takes your traditional MDM and makes it more powerful and then simplifies it.

- Auto apps make keeping your software upto date a 30second activity
- Hosted self service portal so you don't need to mess around with Munki
- A strong focus on automation so most things are set and forget
It's really the tool for admins who don't want to spend a lot of time managing their fleet and want the MDM to take care of it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Two negatives to Kandji, the product is perfect for SMB because of it's simplicity but unfortunately the 100 device minimum pricing makes it cost prohibitive for smaller shops. It's not as customisable as something like JAMF but they are adding things to fix this every month.

Kandji simplifies device management so I don't have to worry about it, saving me time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
The automations built directly into the solution along with the built-in compliance tools is a game changer for system administration. Many of the major applications in use today are automated and they make reporting a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor features require Apple Configurator to deploy in mass. It would be very handy to have these features built in to avoid having to use multiple systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kandji is helping us reduce our overhead and package management specifically with macOS applications. The number of automatic applications has reduced the amount of package sourcing from one application to another.
Kandji is user-friendly and SIMPLE!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Kandji has blueprints to copy one device's configurations to the next! That alone is a HUGE time saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could have a geo-fence dashboard for my devices on Kandji.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They continuously have updates and new features and truly listen to their customers which is a HUGE plus!
