Reliable and secure tool to work from anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Webex Calling service. Because it offers remote teamwork capabilities, implementation was easy. I like that its cloud-based and that screen sharing is great and its messaging options are awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
My experience with Webex has been good and the support team solves all problems and clarifies doubts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex allows us to communicate with the team wherever we are, improves communication, changes our PBX system and improves decision making in our strategy, now everything is faster, fluid and productive.
Wbex unique tool for remote calls with good audio and video quality
What do you like best about the product?
I like this great conference tool which is very useful and very intuitive. I like the chat features, the security and most of their features like surveys and file sending.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inherited functions behind the interface are different and separte, which can be confusing to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is great for different types of needs. I use it for VoIP, online meetings, screens sharing and its perfect for all of that.
Great communication platform with multiple functions to work remotely
What do you like best about the product?
I like its basic functions, the ease of use, the ability to share screens and send files, that what I like most about Webex.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is always the same, it would be great to be able to customize it and change the entire interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wbex is ideal for working remotely. And it ends up being very useful for sending files, making calls, sharing screens, and phone calls in general are of good quality.
Webex Calling- For our in business communication
What do you like best about the product?
our in house communication has become more efficient due to webex calling user-friendly interface , from any device placing and taking calls seesm natural and the process of integrating it with our current workflow is easy. It promotes a centralized hub for communcation due to its smooth integration with other webex features like meetings and messaging. These days we make extensive use of it all throughout the days, from internal teams meetings to brief clients calls, even though there may occasionally be little technical problems , the customer service staff has always been quick to respond and helpful in fixing them. All in all , webex calling has greatly improved our ability to communicate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It need more technical knowledge which could result in addtional expenses. The security features , while strong may not be as adaptable as certain business needs, especially those handlig extremely private data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex calling has solved a number of isseus that were impending oru busness communication, it placed an- on primises PBX system with a scalable and reasonably priced cloud solution, eliminating the high maintence costs and complexity of the former. This results in more adaptable workplace where members of our team can easily connect and collabrate from anywhere. Its unified platform, which integrate messaging calling and meetings , also facilitates streamlined communicatio and does away with the need to switch between multiple applications, by allowing our mobile workforce to receive and make calls on their devices.
Ease of use, great functionality
What do you like best about the product?
What I like is the ability to simply plug in your phone, whether at home or in the office, and it works. I also like that you can go to your desk or cell phone, never far from your desk. Great feature. Everyone was very informative and helpful with any questions I had. The phone is also easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There may be long wait times, but there's no need to navigate through a confusing customer service recording. And I don't like that sometimes it fails to call or receive calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me the ability to use more integrated remote teams and the ability to have multiple users inmultiple locations. I experienced great service today when adding a new user to the app.
They respond quickly and always resolve the problem and question quickly
What do you like best about the product?
The call quality is excellent and the support has been top notch. And the click-to-chat support is excellent. Also, the design of the website is very good. They have one of the best support teams I have ever experienced. All their teams are very knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The equipment works very well and the support is fantastic. But I don't like that you can't send faxes from the desktop app. Also Using the system was a learning curve, but overall the technicians are knowledgeable and helped guide us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to maintain those locations from an internal technological point of view. And it helps me by enabling the text function so I can communicate better with my clients. It provided visibility and I think it will make our organization much more efficient if we can implement it.
The functionality does what we need
What do you like best about the product?
Support representatives get straight to the point, always testing changes to make sure they are working correctly. Any questions you have, the technician is easily accessible and handles them easily. They also allowed us to configure exact call flows to have delays for certain users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the setup was a bit complicated. Additionally Not all settings can be controlled through the administration console. And Sometimes, it takes a while to log in and there are some times when we cannot connect to the server.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They did not give up and were able to help me find a solution. They also help me resolve my company's call flow when we are not in the office. Our company likes the ease of use that Webex Calling offers. The system is reliable and flexible.
Meet as a team with good audio and video quality and a great interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like the API availability and the business-oriented chat app. I also liked that I can share screens for team meetings and that the control center is easy to manage for messages and meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Cisco Webex app works well, but needs improvements in thrid-party integration and support on some devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solution is also in the cloud for meetings and calls. It has been very useful for calls with good audio, screen sharing, VoIP calls and everything in one place, it has been great.
Easy implementation for communication and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy and quick cloud deployment, it has built-in communication features, and its reliable. I like the audio and video and the conference is a great experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everything is good. The thing is that sometimes integration with other tools is a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex is useful for simple meetings wiht just one click and youre done. It has been a good meeting experience, shared screens ahd files, friendly and in general it solved our communication problems.
The chat feature has been incredibly helpful and useful for navigating
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent design and very stable, one of the best application I have used. Customer service was excellent when setting up the device. I am extremely satisfied. Support seems to be more responsive nowadays and their staff seems highly trained.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the menus can be a little complicated and support wait times are long. And I consider that there is a Lack of assistance for the installation process. AND The waiting time waiting for representative is somewhat long.

Webex Calling is a great tool for everyday business needs. Additionally there can always be someone available for the customer seeking assistance and the customer is impreseed by the quick response time.
