Webex good tool with good service for sharing screens and making calls remotely
What do you like best about the product?
I love this plataform. its cost effective and its comprehensive screen sharing features make it great, plus tech support always answers me when I have questions. I also liked the stable interface and also conferencing and sending files for our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we use it everything works very well but I hate that the settings I stablish on each reboot are reset to factory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex is a great option for doing everything remotely, including uploading files and sharing your screen. We also use it when we are not at work to be able to communicate remotely and it is very convenient and beneficial.
Excellent software with a simple interface for online conferences and meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I like the conferencing, meeting, sharing and presentation features and the integration with Outlook is good. I also like being able to interact with the audience and their event features have been very effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it should improve the screen sharing features and audio and video issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a reliable feature-rich tool for working remotely and has been a great help for events, meeting organization, conferences, file sharing, and support. Everything is excellent.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the customer service to be excellent. I like the call flow designer. It is very intuitive and easy to use. I also like to have other extension numbers to make it easier to transfer calls. In addition to all this, it gives me ease of use and the ability to manage myself online.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general words I think it is quite expensive, AND Some configurations cannot work at the same time, but Webex Calling support provides useful solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tech support is very patient and tries their best to fix problems and not rush you. In addition to this, it allows me to work from anywhere. And his ability to connect with clients and the team in a more cohesive way makes my job easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the administration and form options, and I also appreciate that its intuitive and the conferencing and screen sharing features are great and useful.

Webex has limited features on the free plan, it would be great if it was different for new users.

Webex is an excellent tool for its audio and video quality and it is easy to use from anywhere and solves our problems. We send files, share screens, hold meetings and conferences and all of that is offered by Webex.
Makes it easy to keep everything perfect
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the numerous capabilities for call center management. In addition, one of the main advantages is that it allows us to consolidate our commercial communications on a single platform. And customer service walked me through everything I needed to make this transition easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing stands out as bad. But it has long wait times for customer service and call returns. And does not offer an automatic text message option for missed calls. But I think they are things that can be solved.

Webex Calling offers us the flexibility to respond from anywhere. Plus robocall assistants are a great way to route calls faster to where they need to go. Their chat support is impressive and very knowledgeable.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about support is that they will help fix the problem instead of just providing instructions. Also the biggest advantage is the easy transition from the phone to the desktop or mobile application. Everything works perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit difficult to use, but the support team is always willing to help when something is confusing. Also I can't change my main menu from the phone.

Webex Calling's cloud-based solutions simplify the process by eliminating the need for extensive on-site teams. They were also able to set up our account and our number transfer started within an hour and they were very professional at all times.
Webex is great for making calls it is easy to use and has good audio and video quality.

Webex is excellent and on the right track. I like being able to use it from anywhere and this platform is solid and the panel operation is excellent, the call and video quaility is also excellent and everything works great.

Everythings fine. But slow loading times are something that bothers me sometimes.

Webex Calling allows me to communicate efficiently and we also use the recording capability for meetings and for our internal call centers. All of these are the benefits. I liked this platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I needed multiple different features and they made sure I had everything I needed. Also expedite calls from our offices and personal calls from our independent agents. The system is very flexible and offers all the fuctions we need and more. Easy setup and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not experienced anything negative with Webex Calling. I have gotten what I wanted and more with the help of this company, at a comprehensive prince.

Webex Calling allows me to professionally represent and manage my business with a professional communication system. And it gives me the ability to send messages, make calls, and document notes from my calls while I'm the middle.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the call quality wich is very good and also that the rest of the product is easy to use and makes it much easier to make and receive calls. I like the reliable communication and that the product is friendly and the portal easy to manage.

I have noticed that sometimes it can be a little slow and lose call quality due to the connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we have used this tool, in general the experience has been positive with this product due to the functionalities it offers, solving communication problems, improving the customer experience and everything is in the cloud. This solution is really useful.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that they spoke clearly and that I understood ( and they understood) everything. Plus I handle all the calls that people and clients make to my business and manage them with a single app. They also stay on the phone with you until you have received all the information you need to move forward.

I think a problem would be communication. I always receive responses quickly, but the quality of the responses is not always what is necessary.

If you need help, chat support is always available to help you. It also allows me to create call groups, redirect calls and select which users answer, if it rings for everyone at the same time.
