Webex is great for making calls it is easy to use and has good audio and video quality.
What do you like best about the product?
Webex is excellent and on the right track. I like being able to use it from anywhere and this platform is solid and the panel operation is excellent, the call and video quaility is also excellent and everything works great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everythings fine. But slow loading times are something that bothers me sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex Calling allows me to communicate efficiently and we also use the recording capability for meetings and for our internal call centers. All of these are the benefits. I liked this platform.
The system portal is impressive
What do you like best about the product?
I needed multiple different features and they made sure I had everything I needed. Also expedite calls from our offices and personal calls from our independent agents. The system is very flexible and offers all the fuctions we need and more. Easy setup and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not experienced anything negative with Webex Calling. I have gotten what I wanted and more with the help of this company, at a comprehensive prince.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex Calling allows me to professionally represent and manage my business with a professional communication system. And it gives me the ability to send messages, make calls, and document notes from my calls while I'm the middle.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the call quality wich is very good and also that the rest of the product is easy to use and makes it much easier to make and receive calls. I like the reliable communication and that the product is friendly and the portal easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed that sometimes it can be a little slow and lose call quality due to the connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we have used this tool, in general the experience has been positive with this product due to the functionalities it offers, solving communication problems, improving the customer experience and everything is in the cloud. This solution is really useful.
I can answer my line anywhere outside the office and I don't need the physical phone
What do you like best about the product?
I liked that they spoke clearly and that I understood ( and they understood) everything. Plus I handle all the calls that people and clients make to my business and manage them with a single app. They also stay on the phone with you until you have received all the information you need to move forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think a problem would be communication. I always receive responses quickly, but the quality of the responses is not always what is necessary.

If you need help, chat support is always available to help you. It also allows me to create call groups, redirect calls and select which users answer, if it rings for everyone at the same time.
Definitive solution for online calls that allows us good stable
What do you like best about the product?
Implemeting this solution was a great idea. I like what it gives us for good communication and answering calls and I liked that it is cloud-based and ease for anyone to use. It also has a flexible user interface and offers a freel trial.

We encountered difficulties and support took too long to respond.

Webex Calling is an excellent cloud-based service that allows us to facilitate our communication through call, all in addition to strengthening communication with the work team and clients and students.

I love the simplicity and how easy it is to set up and use. They allow for many brands of hard and soft phones without locking you into any specific platform. I also like to have a phone number that I can call and speak to a representative.

A disadvantage is that it depends on a stable Internet connection and a computer that can handle the processing needs of the application.

The Webex Calling app has been an invaluable tool for our business during these difficult times. In addition to this, you can easily access all settings, auto attendants, users and reports online. It is a sophisticated system that offers a large number of functions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like its ease of access to set up the phone system for our business in multiple locations. I also consider that working with the onboarding team and the technical support team has been a very positve experience.

Sometimes you will find people who really are not very interested in helping you and prefer to hang up on you quickly, when it comes to customer service.

You can use phone, email, or live chat, which is very convenient when you need help. Webex Calling improves our customer experience and our business in general. Additionally, the flexibility allowed us to get important features we needed.

They are receptive and proactive to technical changes. the most important thing is the support team that Webex Calling offers when you need help. All viewing options, especially as an administrator, are easy to manage and access.

I think the web version and the app are difficult to use and sometimes don't work as well. Other than that I have no complaints or dislikes about the Webex Calling app.

The product is very reliable with minimal downtime. I like the click to dial feature. And it offers personal support and perfect ease of use in day-to-day activities. Pricing and system setup was easy, support was knowledgeable and easy to understand and their teams always go above and beyond for us and our franchisees.
The ability to take my office phone with me wherever I go
What do you like best about the product?
Setup was also extremely easy, within an hour I set up the line with a number I prefer to use. At any time, I can call or chat with support right away and get a resolution within minutes. Plus the benefit of having an app built into your phone where you can take business calls from your personal device.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I don't have any major disadvantages. It turned out to be a little more expensive than I originally had in mind, but my representative helped me understand the benefits.

The best thing about Webex Calling is the capability of you software application. In addition, it is adaptable to the needs of small businesses whether they are growing and expanding. And the best thing is that you are quickly connected with a person through chat.

The fact that you can easy manage and give calling features to multiple users in an easy way!

the app, is too slow, you can log in with 1 account/time, and it's not so easy to troubleshoot calls issues.

i don't need to install lot of servers or MPLS connection to integrate multiple sites to the HQ CUCM infrastructure. I just need an internet connection.
