What do you like best about the product?
Ease of implementation, user-friendly, and zero maintenance. Highly flexible. Effectiveness and ease of integrations. Robust security on vital information. Ease of communication management. 24/7/365 availability of a knowledgeable customer support team.

I only miss an option for tagging each contact.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how webex calling provides us with a consolidated platform for all our collaboration, calling and messaging needs. The audio quality of this platform is top notch which enhances communication workflows. I like its mobile app which ensures flexibility in our overall meeting experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calls can drop occasionally for no apparent reasons especially during critical meetings. The quality of your calls can be impacted if you do not have a stable internet connection.

It needs good internet connection,so it is difficult to use in remote locations.

We can use this even if we are in another meeting or doing work,so that we can make a call and solve our queries immediately.

The Webex Calling service I've been using is great for making phone calls over the internet. It has many tools that have made my work and working with my team much more efficient. I really like how easy it is to use, how good the call clarity is, how it works on multiple platforms, how it has advanced features, and how it works with other tools.

1. While Webex Calling isn't the cheapest choice, it isn't the most expensive either.
2. The design is pretty easy to use, but new users might need some time to get used to all the different parts and functions.

The call quality and ease of use of Webex Calling were commendable. Teamwork and talking to each other were simple. I enjoy the ability to hold talks, meetings, and assist customers from away. The ability to connect to other tools has greatly facilitated my work.

What i like best about Webex Calling is that new features are added on a regular basis and customer support team is easy to obtain. I like how it easily integrates with other Webex applications which helps to communicate effectively and smoothly. Also, i like the fact that with any device i can make and receive calls with Webex Calling. I like its interface which is very nice, intuitive and straightforward.

It requires strong internet connection to work smoothly since it operates on cloud. Overall, Webex Calling is the best and most secure platform i have ever used.

I like how it is very easy and simple to learn and understand. Unlike other softwares, Webex Calling has a very friendly and intuitive user interface that makes it super easy to learn and understand. It provides excellent customer support service available 24/7.

Initial setup and configuration is straight-forward. There are multiple options for adding users, devices and workspaces. Additional features and enhancements have been added on a regular basis. Technical support is easy to obtain.

There is no way to backup an organizations configuration. Many configuration objects, such as users, devices, workspaces, auto attendants, call queues, hunt groups, etc. can be exported and imported using csv files but there is no
