Your service always ready to help
What do you like best about the product?
Support is always willing to help and the wait time is short. and The service works on both an app and a physical phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like them to enable the option to be able to quickly leave a call group from the phone interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
like it Access to the cloud portal makes it easy to make settings and add users, allowing me to easily provision my employees from home.
Great platform, constant evolution
What do you like best about the product?
Setup is very easy, there are certain features that are very simple to configure and Cisco is always adding new ways to migrate users out of CUCM, this process has evolved a lot in the past year.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are parts of the product that still feel like are half-baked, but Cisco has been taking great steps towards fixing these issues.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer support needs to change. It is very annoying to go to Cisco TAC and have your case assigned to a first level of support where most of the time is only able to send canned emails for issues that you have already explained most of the time.

Keeps the team connected
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a robust communication package that we use not only on our computers but also on our company approved phones, keeping the teams always a call away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints pertaining cisco webex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It let us communicate cost free, as long we have a valid internet connection, ehich greatly improve our ability to provide inmediate support.
Great Sound Quality and Video Clarity
What do you like best about the product?
Webex is a user-friendly interface,accommodating a large number of users and offering session recording. Best advantage of this software is user can join sessions by phone. User can use it for audio calling as well. Video conferencing fature of this software make it incredibly versatile application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Webex do have many advatnatges but it also have a draw back that is pricing comparing to other products available in the market like zoom are little cheaper than this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using other softwares but we switched to webex for our company meetings and calls. it turned out to be a wise choice now were using it very frequentlly and it is a very advantage for every meeting and calling and all.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it for its ability to accommodate multiple participants, its ease of holding conference calls, and another great feature it offers is that we can send voice messages to SMS and emails while using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Webex calling has always met our daily needs. Since we have used it, we have thoroughly enjoyed its use and functionalities. It is one of the safest applications on the market, there is nothing I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we depended on different applications for daily communications, since we use Webex we have this by default, in addition, it also offers us VoIP calls and sending automatic messages to people who try to communicate when we are not available.
I have used WebEx calling app here at Zones and have hosted several meetings via this app.
What do you like best about the product?
Its user friendly, power of collaboration is great, I am not going to give a high score when it comes to integrating the app with Microsoft outlook etc..
What do you dislike about the product?
Consumes a lot of bandwidth and I think that fact makes it slow to run implying its a heavy app in terms of the toll it has on the PC and overall network downdgrading its performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Back in the days when I was using it, the app actually made my life way easier through its immense power and ease of collaboration. OEM egangement was no longer a combursome task for me then.

I like the ease of integration with other cisco/webex platforms that enables us to have unified communications in one platform.
The user friendly nature of webex calling made the process of implementation and onboarding to be simple without extensive training.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be extremely beneficial if the number of attendees was increased to facilitate calls with many attendees. Their customer support also has room for improvement to offer support whenever they are needed.

Webex calling is a remarkable platform that has proved to be a game changer in fostering communication and collaboration with our remote teams. Its cloud based calling system is reliable and facilities seamless productivity and communication.
My Insight for Webex Calling
What do you like best about the product?
I give double thumbs up to the fact that Webex Calling centralize phone calling system for our B.supplies agency under one roof.
What do you dislike about the product?
To use it on my iOS, I am forced to integrate with Webex App, which is pretty simple anyways.

Streamline business processes by assigning one number across many devices which makes it eqsy to make and receive business calls.

What do you dislike about the product?
Needs some optimization on it's VOIP service. Works seamlessly only on high internet bandwidth but when I try to call my colleague with a little weak signal, the call gets dropped randomly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cisco Webex calling helps us to replace our old generation On-Premises PBX system. The plans are comparatively a lot cheaper than our previous PBX system which ultimately "saves money". Also, it helps me to build "unified communications" where all of my project team members from different locations can handle all project communication in one platform.
