Webex Calling is great! It's an open way to communicate because it has a lot of features and is easy to use. It's easy for me to make and receive calls, so all of your talking needs will be met.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. I did find some ways that the call management tools could be better when I looked them over.
2. I believe that the service could be a lot more useful if it had more advanced call handling tools, like: The ability to forward calls & The ability to record them

Webex Calling is a great choice for people who need an open way to talk to others. It has a lot of features that can meet all of your contact needs. It's a great tool for making communication easier and things simpler for users, in my view.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage and understand, I'm a IT technicall support so I everyday receive case about provisioning a new Softphone or new call extension. With Webex Control Hub I can easly create new one and users can login because their integration with AD servers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a dependency on PSTN or ISDN if you want to reroute your calls from a SIP trunk you need to deploy an on site device that can handle the traffic from SIP trunk, it would be cool an integration with other vendors than Cisco for SBC solutions, or something like integration with API to handle this kind of traffic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a replacement for our old Telephone PSTN E1 cetral, we were looking for something that handle collaboration and at the same time integrate with local SIP solutions, after some research we were offered with a Cloud PBX, Since our operation is small, Cloud PBX was a great option for us.

Webex Calling excels in integration, expanding the range of customizable settings for call preferences could be beneficial. Having more granular control over call handling features would allow users to tailor the experience to their specific needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The platfrom iuser-friendly which makes its easy for new users as well. The audio quality is simply amazing. We use it everday for making and receiving calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The video option is enabled by default. This should be disabled by deflaut and we should be able to enable it if we like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We make a lot of calls throughout the day, mostly voice calls but some video calls as well. The platform was so easy to setup and easy to learn to use. Even new memers of our team are able to use this from the first day onwards. The voice quality has been a game changer for our Voip.

One area that could use improvement in Webex is the connection speed. There are times when the platform feels a bit slow, which impacts the overall experience.

The stability is average.

It is not very scalable. We have approximately 100 users at our company.

I like Webex because it is easy to work with.
What needs improvement?
In terms of improvement, every time I want to join a meeting on the web, I have to download an extension or the desktop app. It would be better if I could just join meetings directly on the web without extra downloads and steps. Simplifying this process would make things more straightforward and convenient for users like me.

I have been working with Webex for almost four years.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
I would rate the scalability as a ten out of ten. It is most suitable for small to medium businesses.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
I have used Microsoft Teams along with other solutions like Webex, and in comparison, Teams stands out for its seamless integration with Office 365. The compatibility with business needs makes Teams a preferred choice. While both Teams and Webex serve their purposes, the ease of use and integration with Microsoft's suite of tools make Teams a more convenient option for me.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup was not overly difficult, but it was time-consuming.
What other advice do I have?
For those considering using Webex, my advice would be to explore automation options, especially if there is an outside team involved. Automating certain tasks can streamline processes and make using Webex more efficient. Overall, I would rate Webex as an eight out of ten.

After installing over 400 instances of Webex Calling for customers across the US and Canada, I've seen companies reduce their total cost of ownership (by as much as 60%), eliminate complexity with a simple to use GUI, maximize efficiency by eliminating multiple disjoint applications, and finally be able to connect multiple office locations seemlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Webex Calling is the lack of outbound efax, whic is not frequently used, however, some customers require it (medical, legal, etc).

Webex provides a single app for calling, meeting, and messaging. We can have a customer up and running (fully functional) in minutes.
