What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Webex Calling to provide a free version with many features and capabilities to try before you buy.
The Webex Calling mobile app is less user-friendly than the online and desktop versions.
Compared to its competitors, Webex Calling is expensive.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex Calling has crystal clear audio with advanced noise cancellation to eliminate all background voices; has a voice mail feature that allows you to send a voice message between members without disturbing them; it is web-based, so no additional system configuration is required, and it has an excellent ability to switch from an audio call to a video meeting in seconds.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Webex Calling, the security system of this platform is up to par; is reliable, and Webex Calling works in conjunction with other Webex solutions. From a voice call, I can immediately switch to a video call.

Webex Vs TalkDesk (My opinion)
What do you like best about the product?
Regarding Webex Calling. Wasnt really much I did particularly like about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface was, in my opinion overly complicated, requiring you to dig what felt to be rather deep into menus to achieve your goals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They do provide a functional IVR, with the tools you need to run a call center. Just not the most user-friendly in my oppinion.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go with TalkDesk

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
Need high speed internet, slowness issue and gets hanged frequently

Great tool to stay in touch with a remote team
What do you like best about the product?
The interface of the software is very nice and easy to use. It's on both the mobile and desktop, which makes it easy to take calls on the go or whatever your situation. It's been a tremendous help to my team during the pandemic when we had to switch working styles overnight, but we still managed to stay in touch. It feels much more like an ecosystem too compared to alternatives like Zoom, which feels a bit more utilitarian.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is annoying that you have to download software to make the most of the meetings. Within my team, this isn't an issue. But if you have to involve contractors or 3rd parties outside your organization, keep in mind that it's easier to use software that can be fully used in a browser (like Google Meet). Or, if you need to involve them in regular meetings, provide them with the access to your organization's profile on Webex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying in touch. We had a few different tools before the pandemic that hardly anyone wanted to use. But because we were forced to find a solution, I'm pleased that this one is something that people are using now without thinking twice. It's just the obvious go-to.
unable to signin as the app keeps crashing
What do you like best about the product?
Doesn't even login server address is not a valid host, the whole suite of the App is full of bugs that indicate a clear lack of QA at the engineering level as it keeps getting authentication errors, even the customer services don't seem to be knowing what is going on
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate the Application so much as it always says you are not authorized to access this page and when I login into the application, says authentication error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an application to use at our company for conference calls but the application did not meet our expectations and at the moment, I can't express the major benefits have achieved though once fixed, will update my review
Best Internet calling tool with good integration features
What do you like best about the product?
The Webex calling is best for its clarity; the noise cancellation feature is nice. It is not furnishing our details with the clients when we communicate with them through the internet. All our conversations with the clients through Webex calling are auto stored in the cloud for future reference. The duration of the call and its link for the replay are linked automatically in the Leadsquared customer's profile.
What do you dislike about the product?
It consumes more RAM than my previous calling tool Ameyo; I hope that is because of its voice rendering feature. The mobile version is not easy to use. The layout and the user interface of the mobile version need improvement. Sometimes, it logoff automatically during the calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Webex Calling to communicate with my clients without revealing my contact number or location. All the calls are stored automatically in the cloud premises for future references and to avoid any mistreatment. It is the best suit for the organizations based on customer relations like call centers, health care centers, support systems, insurance providers, etc. It has call merging, conference, call holding, and many features. The total talk-time of employees with their clients can take from the reports tab. We can create our virtual calling station with this Webex calling tool with a simple internet connection in mobiles, laptops, tablets, and desktops.
Very satisfied
What do you like best about the product?
We use the record feature very much. It helps us to replay the record and have a better understanding of the call scope.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be a bit costly for small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using it for 6 months+ and my experience has been excellent so far. I think it's one of the bests VoIP solutions.
