What is our primary use case?

We use the solution for multiple purposes, including collaborative meetings and online education through web events, seminars, practical sessions, and lab sessions.

What is most valuable?

The solution provides a secure environment for meetings. Along with this, its feature for conducting exams works the best. In addition, it helps the instructor to monitor student engagement during online educational sessions.

What needs improvement?

They should integrate the solution with multiple hardware vendors.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using the solution for more than ten years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

It is a stable solution. I rate its stability ten out of ten.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

It is a scalable solution. I rate its scalability ten out of ten.

How are customer service and support?

Technical support is optional for the solution as it is never out of connectivity or has latency issues.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I have used Zoom and Microsoft Teams before. In comparison, Webex provides additional features and a standard license policy.

Support available, scales well, but chat functionality could improve

What is our primary use case?

We use Webex for conferencing.

What is most valuable?

The most noteworthy aspect of Webex is its quality, which I found satisfactory without any notable issues.

What needs improvement?

In terms of features, it would be beneficial for Webex to focus on improving its chat functionality to make it more user-friendly. Additionally, enhancing communication operations to create a friendlier user experience would be advantageous. Other individuals who have tried using it faced challenges when attempting to share content with third parties during conversations or meetings.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using Webex for approximately five years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

We encountered connectivity issues that could have stemmed from our network, the internet service provider (ISP), or other factors. It seemed to be an isolated incident, and I didn't have the opportunity to connect with tech support to diagnose the exact problem. It could have been related to an update or an issue with Webex itself. However, the problem was eventually resolved. While it was a significant concern for someone else, I had not personally received any complaints about it prior to that occurrence.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

We have three people in my group that have used Webex.

How are customer service and support?

Although there is internal technical support available, I didn't escalate the issue as it was resolved almost immediately. The presence of an active internal technical support team played a key role in swiftly fixing the problem.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

I have a preference for alternative tools. Regarding conferences, Webex is acceptable. I want to be honest with you about this. Connecting on Webex is actually easy. I would consider it to be on par with Zoom in terms of overall quality. However, I'm aware that some external users from the company's perspective have encountered certain issues that have hindered their conversations. Honestly, they weren't particularly enthusiastic about this solution. When I need to communicate with these external customers through Webex, they tend to choose another tool. This doesn't inspire much confidence in me, but I understand it's a personal matter. Perhaps the design could be improved, but that's also just my personal opinion. Apart from that, I believe Webex has all the necessary features. As a regular Zoom user, I simply prefer to stick with Zoom based on my own experiences and preferences. Additionally, I find it more useful to use Zoom for both personal and team purposes.

For my ideal solution, I would suggest taking the best features from various tools. For instance, I would incorporate Slack's messaging capabilities and Zoom's audio-video functionality. That combination would be perfect for me. If it were possible to also include elements from other platforms like Telegram and Webex, it would further enhance the overall solution.

What other advice do I have?

The solution requires maintenance.

I rate Webex a seven out of ten.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing that I like most about the Webex calling app is, it is simple yet powerful and provide huge variety of feature or loads of feature in calling like call recording, waiting, forwarding etc and it's free version gives you access to add 100 participants plus 40 min conferencing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I usually found it difficult to connect with my colleagues as there are so many options to communicate and ramdomly disconnect or poor quality of voice or video sometimes irritate me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well as I a simply a day to day user of Webex calling app to communicate with my peer or colleagues, it help me alot to convey my messages easily and fastly to everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Webex Calling is its reliability. I have experienced very few call drops or technical issues, even when making calls from remote locations or with poor internet connectivity. Additionally, the platform is very user-friendly, with an intuitive interface and easy-to-use features that make communication seamless and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback I have experienced with Webex Calling is the limited customization options for the call interface. However, this is a minor issue compared to the overall benefits of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex Calling is solving several problems for me and my team in terms of communication. Firstly, it provides a reliable communication solution that allows us to connect with each other regardless of our location. This is particularly useful when we are working remotely or when we need to communicate with team members who are in different time zones.

Secondly, Webex Calling has simplified our communication process by providing an easy-to-use interface and features such as call forwarding, voicemail, and call recording. We can quickly connect with each other, share information, and collaborate effectively, which has improved our productivity and efficiency.

Thirdly, Webex Calling provides a secure platform for our communication needs. We can trust that our communication is private and protected, which is essential when dealing with sensitive information.

Overall, Webex Calling has benefited me and my team by providing a reliable, user-friendly, and secure communication solution. It has improved our communication process, increased our productivity, and allowed us to work together effectively, regardless of our physical locations.

What do you like best about the product?
It has the good UI and the interface which makes communication interesting. Also, it does the job quite well. I can organise meetings posts status and what not. Emoticons/gifs are best which does not makes the app dull.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets slow when joining meeting. It's rare but I see it as a point of improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great app which client has provided to us. We can communicate, make direct calls, the chatting features makes the tool best.

What do you like best about the product?
Seemless video quality, crystal clear audio, very simplified user interface, dynamic visual layouts and easy of use. Usage and configuration is very easy which makes easy adaptabality
What do you dislike about the product?
Webex application support would have been made more better.
More frequent application updates lands users to delay in joining meetings periodic updates and post meeting prompts will help.

Webex solved multiple problems at enterprise level like team hurdles, conference room connects, screen sharing, business connects, whir board meetings interface for screen sharing

What do you like best about the product?
Webex Calling is excellent for team meetings as it facilitates 100 participants in one go. It facilitates HD video quality, screen sharing, messaging and interactive whiteboard. Not only this , it supports background noise cancellation that can save you from embarrassing moments at times. It supports free video conferences, and content sharing. You can even record the ongoing meeting for future purposes. What could be better than that!Have had a great experience with Webex Calling so far .
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using this application in various team meetings till date and I'm really impressed by its smooth service. Haven't found any disadvantages associated with the usage of this application so far. Would definitely recommend this to all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex Calling has helpedme in conducting various audio / video conferences with different project teams. I have used its major features like screen Sharing, content Sharing, messaging , recording , HD video and Whiteboard . Automatic Background noise cancelation has been an added advantage so far. The best part is - I could avail all these services free of cost!
