A Great Alternative to Zoom
What do you like best about the product?
Webex calling makes it super easy to connect my mobile number to the app and easily make calls to any of my contacts right from my desktop or the app on my cell.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot of folks out there today using any other calling solutions beyond Zoom and I've gotten feedback that it'd be easier for me to just use Zoom for business calls/meetings so folks don't have to create or login to another account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I started looking for alternative calling solutions last year when Zoom connection quality and stability was constantly trash due to being overloaded by the mass influx of at-home workers. I had to restart my computer and make sure every window but Zoom was closed if I had any hope of my call not disconnecting or having to repeat, "Sorry, what was that?" every ten minutes. People really hated that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a general Webex account and are signed up for Webex Apps with the same login info. The iOS app is garbage FYI (seems to still be a beta version...that's what feel it gives anyways) and I have YET to figure out how to connect my cell phone to the app so I can make Webex calls over cell phone data when I don't have wifi

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to hold meetings with my team from different locations. I like that we have rooms that are set up specifically for weber meetings. Make presentations easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is more difficult to use when trying to do a course. Through work we use it for special courses and we sometimes have to team up with others. On Microsoft soft teams you can have break out meeting, where you don't have to use another form of communication to do separate work. Weber doesn't have this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The obvious problem being solved is the separation that has occurred because of covid. It was extremely beneficial to collaborate with my team where we normally don't have to be apart.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is useful but temperamental if you are not good with technology.
Good Calling Software
What do you like best about the product?
Good software for calling and receiveing calls. The call quality is pretty good and allows good collaboration with chat
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes browser connectivity is painful even when the internet is good, requires client/add on download to connect in those cases and delays call joining
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
centralized software across the enterprise, helps to schedule and track all calls under single umbrella and provides good insight into usage across organization
Great App for staying connected and quick meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Webex calling is an excellent app for joining/scheduling video calls quickly and syncing with your calendar. Various options like backgrounds and sharing especially selective sharing is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes during video calls background noise is pretty loud and video jitters when you are on low bandwidth . Also the android app takes lot of memory as compared to other peers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Webex Calling app to schedule meetings for our daily connect and any impromptu calls required while working on deliverables. One of the benefits is having everything you need in a single interface from calling to sharing documents instant messaging and all.

It's an excellent app for staying connected to teammates and provides all the required options like chat, document sharing, video calling, and screen sharing in a single place.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it because webex calling is available for mobile and desktop. It makes my easier I do business calls with mobile app. ı can easily get connected with my teammates. User interface is also very straightforward. I can say customer support is very helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have noise cancellation experience with webex as we may have noisy office during our calls. I also expect this program to be more stable with android
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has a very easy-to-use interface which makes it easy to use it and a lesser amount of training time is required. The audio and video quality of this platform is just spot on and it truly helps our business. The customer support staff is really well trained as well and that makes the experience more worthwhile.

Webex Calling is an online collaboration solution that has worked perfectly for me, adapting to my daily needs when starting meetings, it is of quality, security and speed with solutions and immediate resources that adapt to my requirements, it has worked very well for me and I do not have dislikes.

Webex Calling is an online meeting tool that brings benefits to my remote work by helping me collaborate face-to-face by sharing audio and video screen from any place and device with immediate features and solutions, it helps me communicate with colleagues, employees and colleagues at I work in a simple and pleasant way as if we were all in the same place, it helps me reduce future risks, make better decisions, save my time and money in mobilization and logistics, it is perfect to work on the go.

I recommend Webex Calling for being an effective collaboration tool, a meeting software that offers solutions to organize and join meetings easily and securely from any place and device sharing face-to-face screen, I recommend it because it brings countless benefits to teamwork , increases workflow, enhances company growth and the opportunity to reach more clients anywhere in the world, it is a perfect solution for remote work with HD audio and image quality, without interruptions and maximum reliability, in addition offers free trial.
The best cloud calling experience ever
What do you like best about the product?
WebEx covers nearly everything that I need. It has merging, calling waiting, holding, forwarding, do not disturb, visual voicemail, and more just more of it. It's best solution for the businesses
What do you dislike about the product?
I do believe that it is not that easy to change your default settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it in our business when we jump into the remote business model during the covid-19 pandemic. Since then, It's been part of our daily meeting point. I became so satisfied until yet.
A Review For Webex calling
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about this platform is its all-in-one communications solution combining voice calling, video conferencing,team collaboration, and messaging in one interface. A more reliable platform than all other alternatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Webex calling. All the parts of Webex Calling work properly. And also the cost of Webex Calling is not so much as the other alternatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to set my daily business hour call path, after hour call paths, and holiday call path which is great for my daily routine. And its priority alerts from VIP phone numbers or call received at a specific date/time increased my business performance.

I recommend Webex Calling.
Alright, but still has room to improve
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can use it on a browser, or on a desktop app. I like the configurability, as well as the ability to share. I do like that you can use it on mobile as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still don't like that it is not a smooth experience when connected to Android Auto. There's a bit of lag in connecting, muting/unmuting is also clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is for the most part, a versatile platform for both individual use, and if you are using it in the enterprise as well. I can easily connect to someone on the fly.

For both the enterprise and for personal use, Webex Calling for the most part can be your solution for an all-in-one web conferencing solution,
Reliable call communication
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite part about using Webex is that it makes it very easy to login in terms of always remembering my password to log in, Webex uses simple and basic authentication by allowing me to login through my Enterprise Identity Provider using my Enterprise credentials.
I also like that Webex allows me to continue with my business communications even when I am not in my office which is very convenient, by setting up the Remote Office feature I can receive and make calls using my phone and it appears from my business line.
Webex has improved so much our business image in terms of customer service because it features sequential routing whereby it has allowed all our customers to be well attended to instantly through sequential routing whereby unanswered incoming calls can be transferred to the next agent seamlessly.
I also like that Webex allows me to continue with my business communications even when I am not in my office which is very convenient, by setting up the Remote Office feature I can receive and make calls using my phone and it appears from my business line.

What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation process did not impress me that much because of how long it took to set up and get every user synced. More so maintenance of the set-up has not been that easy since we had to rely on third-party assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Firstly, Webex has managed to offer a lot of flexibility in terms of communication whereby it did not use to be that easy to communicate using business line whilst I was away from my office because of expensive calling rates. More so Webex has managed to make sure no customer goes unattended through its functionalities of making sure every call reaches an available agent.

I recommend any user considering the product that they invest in quality training for the set-up and maintenance process.
