What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that we are device-independent is one of our favorite features! You can be reached whether you're on a computer or a smartphone. The recording function is another plus.
An automated calling system with very handy features
What do you like best about the product?
First time taking a tour of this product I would say the Control Hub was the highlight of my top favourite features. The Control Hub carries a lot of details that are very easy to understand.
More so it gives me the ability to be able to manage my organisation usage by analyzing trends and the quality of calls.
I like that this product in its list of features includes Simultaneous Ring a feature that I mostly use whenever I want to get in touch with a number of my colleagues at the same time. It is very easy to use by inserting call recipients I get to connect instantly.
I like to also keep a record of my calls at work and Webex has made this more reliable by including a Call Notify feature whereby I can receive notifications through my emails and this acts as a backup for all my incoming calls records.

What do you dislike about the product?
My problem with this product is how it is very dependent on internet connection and also whenever I do not have an internet connection call forwarding is not that reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex is very easy to set up and also in terms of maintenance it is very affordable hence I would say this has been a major benefit in our organisation for using it for calls. More so it has solved remote communications issues that used to arise from compatibility issues from varying devices which used to bring a lot of inconveniences during meetings

Webex is a premium option, and for a stripped-down version, it only offers a complimentary meeting service. However, if you use all services, it is a very encompassing solution for every organization

Webex Calling is a different kind of professional cloud calling platform
What do you like best about the product?
One thing we are all aware of is that the whole world has gone through a pandemic situation in the last two years. Especially those of us who do customer service providers have had the most problems. There were lockdowns in many countries. No one could get out of the house, all businesses were closed. That's why after the customer service system stopped. So we decided that we, all of our staff, would be at home at the same time with customer service. One of our clients talks to us about Webex Calling. When we found out it was created by Cisco itself. Then we were overwhelmed. Because there are so many types of online calling service providers in the market. We all know Cisco is a familiar face in the networking world. This calling platform is completely different and unique. It is completely cloud-based and this platform uses SaaS technology. It enables Multiple Integration Mobility, Superfast buffer-free audio-video calling and hi-tech routing enabled. This platform is designed to keep pace with the next generation. It can be done multiple times for pobox functionality. Such as call transfer, voice mail, call pickup and many more are attached to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
This platform has been very much liked by many staff of my organization, many of our clients, and me. The platform is available in the web version, desktop version, and Android and iOS version. So anyone can easily use it in different ways, from anywhere easily. The configuration method of this platform is straightforward. WebexCalling's customer support is very commendable. This is a multifunctional calling provider. I haven't experienced anything bad yet. I hope not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the best features of all is the platform. We have several Cisco desktops for customer service in our office. By setting up Webex Calling on this desktop, we can get rid of the cellphone. We can instantly message clients' needs through this platform. We can share files of any size instantly. We can have group chats directly with many clients at once.
