Collaboration made easy using webex
What do you like best about the product?
Webex is very useful to connect individually or as a team to collaborate. The web application as well as mobile application are both easy to use and support the communication between teams effectively
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that it gives only 40 mins of free access if you do not have premium memebership

It helps to effectively interact with multiple teams simultaneously in real time without any crash
Reliable and Secure Collaboration Tool for Hybrid Work Environments
What do you like best about the product?
Webex offers excellent video and audio quality, even on low bandwidth. The noise cancellation and background blur features are particularly helpful during remote meetings. The integration with Outlook and calendar tools makes scheduling and joining meetings seamless. I also appreciate the secure encryption and host controls, which give confidence during sensitive discussions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can feel a bit complex at times, especially for new users. Also, the mobile app occasionally lags or disconnects during longer sessions. It would be helpful if file sharing and in-meeting collaboration tools were a bit more intuitive and faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex enables our teams to collaborate across locations, manage virtual meetings, training sessions, and customer demos efficiently. It supports hybrid and remote work models, ensuring continuity and productivity. The breakout sessions and real-time translation help during large-scale internal and global meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Webex for over a year, and it has consistently delivered on performance and reliability. The video and audio quality are excellent, even in low-bandwidth conditions. The user interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy for new users to get onboard quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can feel a bit clunky compared to other tools. Joining a meeting isn't always straightforward for first-time users, and the mobile app can be inconsistent. Also, calendar integration sometimes lags, causing minor scheduling confusion.

I like the ease of use with Webex. Direct messaging, group chats, up to conference calls the platform is intuitive

I wish there was more room for customization available

My Experience with Webex Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Webex has clear video and sound. Even if the internet is not strong, the meeting still works fine. I like the captions and notes it gives during the meeting. It is very helpful when I miss something

Sometimes Webex feels a bit slow to start, especially on older devices
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex makes it easy for me to attend meetings from anywhere. I don’t have to travel or be in the office to join calls. It saves time and helps me stay connected with my team
Solid VoIP option that keeps remote team connected
What do you like best about the product?
About eighteen months ago our company switched to Webex Calling because our old system couldn’t handle the load and started dropping calls, especially when more folks were working from home. We’re a remote first team so reliable calling is super important for us. We rolled out Webex calling to everyone mostly to smooth out direct call and project meetings between our consultants. One thing that I liked best is how the actual call quality holds up even when people are on home Wi-Fi or travelling. Mobile app for Webex Calling came in handy for me personally when I had to work from home last spring and I didn’t want to haul my laptop around. Far as ease of use, most of our team picked it up fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest wishlist item? I wish Webex Calling played nicer with some of our workflow tools. Integrating calendar presence with Microsoft Teams took some back-and-forth and we still have to jump between a few apps to log calls or check contact info. Nothing is perfect. A few of our folks who are less tech-savvy needed some extra help and one still sometimes calls me when he couldn’t find the “Hold” button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day to day it’s one less thing to worry about. Now I don’t have calls dropping mid conversation, so I focus more on actual project work than troubleshooting who’s able to dial in. The team’s been quicker to respond to client calls too. It’s not perfect, but I still wish our CRM could just pick up call notes automatically from Webex. If you’ve got a lot of people working across different locations and need something dependable and not too complicated, it’s a solid option.

it is integrated with webEX meeting. So for international calling or meeting, it could be quite useful

it is quite buggy, it could echo when the other user has a bad connection

Decent way to communicate among the Office
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can read your voicemails rather than having to open them and listen to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that both my phone and laptop will ring at the same time on both devices for one call.

Best way to hold professional meetings
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple and elegant to use... Effective, clear voice and picture quantity even in low network areas.i have not seen it hang any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's all good as per my point of view. I use it on regular basis for meetings.

I had used few of other softwares for the meetings but none of them was as clear and efficient like webex
