Best Solution For Cost Effective Communication

What do you like best about the product?
Our team uses it daily for internal conversations as well as client meetings. It has a good quality of calls in terms of video and audio. The UI is also very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I didn't find anything I disliked about it yet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have reduced our phone calls by mixing cloud and on-premises. It turned out to be one of the best solutions in our office.

What do you like best about the product?
The free plan offers a better duration (50min) than others in the sector. Cisco Webex has the price advantage that by providing better or same with other software it serves in the better price conditions. There is not a requirement to create an account to use the software, I think it is a great way to promote the attendance of the webinar we are arranging since the potential attendees will not give up because it does not require the account. For recording, there is no limit. Having toll call-in included with plans is great advetage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a little bit complex. There would be great to see the connection situation of the participants. Some security concerns. A user-friendly system is highly needed as the members of our team challenge to use the software at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are giving our presentations to the students who are willing to study at various institutions of the EU. As a company, we share some files, information, and PDFs with the attendees. We have a meeting with them to discuss the difficulties appears as the problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The interface could be challenging. Try to get more information before purchasing

What do you like best about the product?
We like many features of the product. However, the best 2 of them are: Recording meetings as minutes is really good. Also, the sharing screen feature is successful and very easy to use. In addition, the solutions Cisco provides when you have problems are very successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although we are very satisfied with the product in general, some situations force us. For example, the completion of search data sometimes challenges us. Apart from that, I think some improvements should be made in calendar integration in the mobile application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our institution uses Cisco Webex Calling in all its organizations in its offices in many countries. We use Cisco Webex Calling to communicate with our employees in many countries. Especially it works perfectly with external customers and partners who can use Webex with a simple link sent by us. With Webex, large and important meetings are also recorded and used as minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
Cisco WebEx provides a user friendly virtual meeting software and a beautiful UI that enhances the work from experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there were a dark mode it would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working from home, the screen sharing option allows my colleagues and I to go over problems we encounter within our work and solve them together.

What do you like best about the product?
The performance is great and the tool ability to stay connected with both internal and external clients not forgetting the easy of updates implementation.
Cisco Webex Calling offers the users ability to call from any place using internet connect and share different documents.

I got dislike about Cisco Webex Calling. The software is simple on the first training and they offer excellent support.

What do you like best about the product?
In our organization, the telephone with PBX features are one of our most importance and we need a telephone system with high stability and reliable quality. Cisco Webex Calling system is one of the best options is to choose a web and cloud based phone platform because crystal clear sound has made it the best choice by reducing our company costs. All departments are in touch through the internal number without any space restrictions and no distance is felt because everything is on the internet.

The subscription price is one of the concerns, and it is very good if the prices are lower, Otherwise everything is great

What do you like best about the product?
Cisco Webex Calling has functional calling features and very responsive and the instant connection capability is amazing.
With the solution, user can be able to view the parties on the screen and the meetings recording ability is quite useful.

Easy deployment of the system, and no much complain to race on this platform with easy features to learn and get used.

What do you like best about the product?
Open voice integration is a good option. Easy to deploy in the cloud. Voice integration. Video calling. Easy to set up Epabx devices to set up an extension for all users and department. its security is an end to end encryption. Cloud hub will easy us to make and set up users. Sometimes due to network fluctuation, we face phone disconnection, but this IP devices will help to solve these problems. Control hub helps us to identify users issues and rectify them easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a little high compare to other tools. Should have include helpdesk system in Cloud control hub so no need to maintain any other tool for issues and that will be easy for users to contact the helpdesk and rectify the issues on time for a smooth workflow. Sometimes fixing issue will take a longer time than expected that must be taken care of. Other than this perfect tool for our daily meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When new users join the company, I will set up a new account, purchase new devices if required or set up the available devices. Training on how to use, attend the meeting, extension numbers. If any user not able to call or any other issues like call not connecting, disconnecting will rectify it. Scheduling a client meeting on behalf of MD or company CEO. Device hardware issue fixing by contacting Webex customer care.

If you are looking for any VOIP option please go ahead and buy this Cisco Webex without any doubt. The perfect tool for our daily meetings.
