My love for Broadsoft is indispensable
What do you like best about the product?
Broadsoft encompasses of many tools that unifies workers in one place.

I only dislike how Broadsoft lacks video conferencing tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Viewing status of colleagues on the network.
No hesitation of getting instant messages.

Integrate with IT Project management platforms to never gwt out of conversations while in the process of managing tasks.

Broadsoft has an extensive range of all the tools that ease team collaboration in our agency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Broadsoft has got every tool for internal communications, but it's hard to configure some of them, mainly when new.

Sending files.

Give all themselves to Broadsoft to ease internal communications.
Best for Audio Calling as well as Video Calling in the company
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of the Cisco Webex Calling is that one can switch from the audio call to the video call instantly. It has a pretty good camera mounted on top of the screen. For the security purpose one can turn off the camera instantly by rotating the knob located at the camera. Another best feature of it is that it is very convenient for the conference call. One can easily connect to a number of colleagues in a short span of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The buttons on that is not that good. You have to sometime press the button very hard. I think there should be a touchscreen instead of normal screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If i stuck on some concept and i need some urgent help, Cisco Webex calling makes it very convenient to talk with some colleague instantly. It act as a time saving thing. It is also helpful to convey any doubt to many colleague using the conference call features.

Go for it. Cisco Webex Calling is Safe, Secure and reliable.

Broadsoft is the perfect combination of simplicity without sacrificing advanced functionalities.

This is one of the few programs I've used that I don't have many negative things to say about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phone system setup and configuration. It's a pretty straight forward software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The software is excellent in its entirety, there's not much I'd caution against with using it, other than having some sort of general education about phone systems and VoIP communication.

Sometimes we experience dropping calls and poor voice quality

One of the most easiest-to-use collaboration solutions.And it helps company saving a time/cost from downtime even with smaller budget

Best tool for communication but with just one disadvantage sometimes poor call quality

It provides helpful communication solutions and helps to implement good teamwork. This is best for like mid-size companies or larger enterprises. It can be very helpful when integrated with other company networks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are definitely some issues within the company. When there are issues its very difficult to get the help needed to fix them or if there is help it usually takes quite a while to get the necessary help.

I don't remember any specific issues with Broadsoft but there were times that this was extremely helpful.

The admin portal to our broadsoft instance is a bit outdated. We also had issues with the branded mobile app dropping phone calls.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is that it provides Uninterrupted calling, now you don't want to look for any network anymore, you can have smooth conversation. Even it has best features with it's core functionality, it comes with zero downtime.

Honestly no such Issues with WebEx calling as far I have used it. It provides what it promises.

It is used daily, helps complete team to arrange a conference calls, any technical issues are solved and helps to improve productivity. It helps team who are working remotely and client can easily be in touch via calls and get updates time to time.
Multiple teams can be collaborated at real time which becomes very easy to complete or deliver the project in stipulated time.
Daily task management can be done on the calls and later can be tracked as well. Any important documentation can be build together by having WebEx calling.
