What do you dislike about the product?
Bulk management of users and devices is severely lacking. Should be able to modify a lot more settings and user device association from within control hub and it is not currently available.
RTP stream going to the cloud and back for every call seems unnecessary and over use of resources when calls can be point to point.
e2c license should be available for customers who have current support contracts as part of their included support and migration to cloud or through Flex licensing.
