WebX Calling- Clear Calls Every Time

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is clean and intuitive, so even team members who aren’t very tech-savvy were able to start making and receiving calls right away without a steep learning curve. The implementation process was surprisingly smooth — everything was well-documented, and the setup didn’t disrupt our existing workflows.

Customer support has also been a big plus. Whenever we had a question, the Webex team responded quickly with clear solutions, which gave us confidence in relying on the platform for our daily operations. Speaking of daily operations, we use Webex Calling multiple times a day, every day — and it has been consistently stable, with no major glitches or dropped calls.

I also appreciate the rich set of features. From call forwarding and voicemail transcription to seamless device switching, it covers everything we need for both internal and client communications. Integration with our other tools (like calendars, messaging apps, and CRM systems) was straightforward, which means we can handle most of our communication without jumping between too many apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Webex Calling works very well overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The desktop app can sometimes feel a bit heavy on system resources, especially when running alongside other collaboration tools, which can cause slight slowdowns on older machines. The mobile app is good, but occasionally the call quality on weaker internet connections isn’t as stable as I’d like — even though this is partly due to network conditions, other lightweight calling apps sometimes handle it better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we switched to Webex Calling, our team was juggling multiple tools for voice calls, meetings, and messaging, which often led to missed calls, poor audio quality, and confusion about which platform to use. Remote and hybrid work made things even more challenging — we needed a single, reliable system that worked seamlessly across devices and locations without a complicated setup.

What do you like best about the product?
the interface is clean, intuitive, and doesn’t require much training, so anyone can get started quickly. The implementation process was smooth and straightforward, with minimal disruption to daily work. Their customer support is responsive and knowledgeable, always ready to guide you through any questions or issues. I use Webex Calling regularly throughout the day, and it consistently delivers a stable, high-quality calling experience. It also offers a wide range of features such as call forwarding, voicemail, and conferencing, which make communication much more efficient. Plus, it integrates seamlessly with other tools we already use, like Microsoft Teams and Outlook, which makes it even more convenient for team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial learning curve for exploring all advanced features can feel a bit overwhelming for new users. Some customization options for the interface and call settings are limited, so you have to work within predefined layouts. Additionally, updates sometimes introduce small changes that require adjustment, and it would be helpful if these came with clearer guidance. Lastly, while integration is strong, syncing with certain third-party apps can occasionally be inconsistent, requiring manual checks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows our team to stay connected whether we’re in the office, working from home, or on the go, without relying on traditional desk phones. By providing a single, unified platform for voice calls, conferencing, and voicemail, it eliminates the need to juggle multiple tools. The cloud-based setup means there’s no complex hardware to maintain, which saves time and reduces IT costs. F

Best Software Phone around

What do you like best about the product?
Great setup. You can setup a brand new phone & user - very quickly.
You can add more then 1 line to the phone - without a sweat.
Also Mobile App - big PLUS

I cannot think of a con with the Webex Calling license/Service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem this service has solved for us, is providing Company Calling ID/Mobile services & we no longer need to provide Work Cellphones. saving us so much money.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Webex Calling is its reliability and clear call quality. I attend 3–5 meetings daily, and it consistently provides a smooth experience with stable connections and easy-to-use features for joining and managing calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Webex Calling feels heavy on system resources, and the performance depends a lot on internet speed. The interface could also be more streamlined to make navigation quicker during busy workdays.

What do you like best about the product?
it is integrated with webEX meeting. So for international calling or meeting, it could be quite useful
What do you dislike about the product?
it is quite buggy, it could echo when the other user has a bad connection

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can read your voicemails rather than having to open them and listen to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that both my phone and laptop will ring at the same time on both devices for one call.
There are so many features that I do not use, that take up space on my system. It is complex for just voice service.

Better communication with others around me.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple and elegant to use... Effective, clear voice and picture quantity even in low network areas.i have not seen it hang any time.

It's all good as per my point of view. I use it on regular basis for meetings.

I had used few of other softwares for the meetings but none of them was as clear and efficient like webex
