A Top Notch Video Conference Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Specially AI tool which helps user to take note of Meeting,makes it easy to use

Waiting time for the customer support is high

It helps to create a hotline for connecting with members of the organisation with each other and customer too.

What do you like best about the product?
The high level security of webex calling is one of the best features. Also the ability to navigate communciating on a mobile device is a huge perk.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I do not have any dislikes, it is doing it's job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex is solving our problem of needing multiple companies managing our phone system. Having a cloud-based system is extremely beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
Webex calling is supreme for remote working in work from home setup. I like its call and video quality across different areas and it also has instant messaging service right on the dashboard. It is very reliable for team working cause it supports file sharing option and good quality video conferencing as well .
What do you dislike about the product?
No call or video drops while communication and in meeting so i dont have any complaints regarding the main working point of Webex calling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It act as an online communication channel when our team works remotely and it improved our productivity and drop free conference calls. If i sum it all up its a good productive platform.
"webex calling - Best tool for virtual meetings"
What do you like best about the product?
Webex calling became my go to software for all my meetings with my clients overseas and with my employees as well. I love it so much that now i encourage people to use it for every virtual conference call. You can easily share screen with your clients while explaining or demonstrating anything easily. Also it comes with automated attendance feature so i don't have to manually check who attended the meeting. I can even easily share files on chat to a single person or a group while on a call with instant messaging feature so i don't have to mail everyone separately. It's very easy and convenient for me to use webex calling and if i ever face any issues with the software i can contact webex support, they're fast and quick in resolving any problem I'm facing and respond very quickly to my questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally i haven't found anything that i don't like about webex calling. It's best video conferencing software for me out there. It proved very beneficial and hassle-free for me and my clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex calling provide best call quality which makes communication for me and any of my clients overseas very easy. I can totally become reliable on the security of this software that my data and my client's data is totally secure with it. So far webex calling is benefiting me very much, CISCO has done great job in creating this platform for us

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Webex Calling is that it is one of the most unique software solutions, and it helps us deploy cloud services. It is a complete enterprise-grade cloud system.

Nothing works well, effective and efficient. Satisfied :)

It is helping us in the calling system through VoIP, which helps us receive calls throughout the work period from our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
with WebEx Calling, you get CiscoIP phones, which you can use in the contact center for dialling, we have an operations of 50 people using Cisco WebEx calling. it working like a charm, the call quality is superb and its also used for messaging. you get the minutes or you can have unlimited calling feature

The integration with teams is not that good.

Phone calling is expensive wherein WebEx calling is super cheap for business.
Simple online communication
What do you like best about the product?
I like its stability in video calls and the integration of features like digital whiteboards and the ability to record sessions. Its use is very intuitive, which allows you to use it fluently from the start.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can consume too many resources and this can affect performance on less powerful devices, especially in countries that are not in Europe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication and tutoring with people over the internet.
Great tool for remote collaboration and teamwork
What do you like best about the product?
webex offers excellent video quality, evenwith large groups. The breakout rooms and real-time transcription features are particularly helpful for collaborative meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ocasionaly, the interface feels a bit outdated compared to competiors, and joining meetings for first-time users can sometimes be confusing.

webex helps streamline remote meetings and team collaborations. it has improved communication and productivity for distributed teams in our organization.

It lags sometimes and I had to restart the application all over again

It helped connecting with people on the other part of India and had many meetings through WebEx like specification meetings, supplier issue handlings, process review virtually over Webex

What do you like best about the product?
ease of use, feature rich and ever expanding capabilities. The security of the product is great and the solution, overall, is easy to administer. As a partner, I help to administer the Webex Calling solution for many clients. This is in addition to performing demonstrations as part of a selling process. Webex calling is easy to implement, though there are improvements to be made. Integration with Microsof Teams is one of the biggest requests from my clients and it works very well. I use Webex Calling almost daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Webex calling is still lacking some useful features as compared with CUCM/CUC including Unified Messaging, ability to see call status of shared lines in the Webex App and a few others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webex Calling is solving the challenges of adhering to a cloud-first strategy for many organizations as well as ease of management/operations. The solution, overall, has a lower TCO when compared to premises when factoring in the skillset required to maintain the solution. Webex calling keeps my organization and my clients from having to maintain hardware in addition to software. With Webex Calling, I don't even nee to maintain the software as that is done on my behalf by Cisco. It allows me to have my staff, and the staff of my clients, to focus on more strategic projects and not have to spend as much time managing the collaboration solution.
