What do you like best about the product?
ArcPro is very flexiable. Whatever task you can think of it will do. It is getting easier to use everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you will want to go back to ArcMap due to frustion. Just have to be patient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having easy access to maps of a specific area.

the improved ability to configure attributes
What do you dislike about the product?
the too-small dialog boxes to configure attributes. the too-small/not customizable pop-up window.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
communicating with the public re: existing and proposed infrastructure and the status of project and facility design and implementation. we are getting better at using these tools.
ArcGIS Online expands the way to reach audiences extremely well.
What do you like best about the product?
The seamlessness at which ArcGIS Online integrates with virtually all other ESRI products allows you to share, view, interpret, and collect data to achieve your organization's goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The costs associated with named users and service credits can be prohibitive for small agencies or organizations with limited budgets for annual subscription fees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Within our state agency, users are collecting and sharing data through ArcGIS collector and Survey123, while creating story maps and web apps to convey information about our state's natural and cultural resources. Using ArcGIS Online makes it easy to collect and display data for the public to stay informed, for example, on where prescribed burning will take place on a particular state park or forest.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is possible to self-teach what you need to know when first starting off in ArcGIS Online if you have a robust background with ArcGIS Pro or ArcMap. Otherwise, i'd highly recommend using tutorials/trainings to get familiarized with the full functionality!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration of mobile devices and the speed at which data edits can be communicated from the field to the office or between departments at the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike. One thing that I can think of offhand is the user interface for configuring attribute popups in web maps. It is cumbersome and set in a tiny frame.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've utilized the ease of communication to implement real-time reporting
Ease of use to download maps for basemapping.

It is portable. I can take the online maps out to the field on my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have trouble with editing. I may not be able to do that with ArcMap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would like to change the projection. I use online services to download basemaps.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of interface, as well as the ability to create something tt a "lay person" can relate to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations in the intigration of external information, however I understand that this is being addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping several real estate companies, as well as institutions tell their story visually using maps..

What do you like best about the product?
arcgis online allows users to create an online app.
What do you dislike about the product?
some funcitions of the widgets are difficult to identify

government works. it allows government work to be presented to the public through the platform.
AGOL
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to share data and for non-GIS users to view and do simple analysis of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a cheap or free account or people who are just viewing data on AGOL so we don't have to buy an account to share data.

Getting clean data from field. Sharing webmaps with the field for review and orientation.

What do you like best about the product?
That ArcGIS Online is easy and inutitive to use, and that the design is professionel
What do you dislike about the product?
That you still need a lot of knowing afbout GIS , layers and date to use it. There are still many clicks, which can confuse GIS-amateurs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not solving problems.. but I try to develop materials for educational use.

I appriciate the accessability of these maps when away from my buissness computer.

I dislike the inability to customize the symbology to the degree I need to.

We use this for access to maps when in the field, away from the offic, and public access to information.
