The easy & interactive User interface of the tool

the screen adjustment while tracking a particular case already submitted

Happay is centrally managing all expense management-related service requests. The tool keeps a historical record of all the expense requests raised till date which is good and helps in arriving at a final costing for a specific project

What do you like best about the product?
Happay is a great platform for tracking and managing expenses. Easy to load and withdraw the amount. It reduces the time that finance needs as users can process expenses in one go.
Card expense limitation is of great help too.

As such there are no downsides of Happay but still the dashboard can have more filters like credit and debit tabs for filter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not need to use our personal cards and share personal details oftenly. We user Happay cards for finance needs and testing by executing real-time payments through Happay cards.

Its convenient to use the same. Grievance redressal is quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its good. However, I would request the team to have an idea about some facts that if the expense is regarding Corporate Credit Card then the employees should be aware that we as an employee do not have any right or option to change the amount or split the bill or make any further changes in the system. Hence, if an employee submits the invoice and the amount matches the same, its a request to approve the same.

Happay has a user-friendly interface - easy to understand. The grievance is addressed quickly.

There haven't been any downside of using Happay as of now.
