What do you like best about the product?
It is very helpful to manage day to day expenses from various users

i did not feel any feature to dislike the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before happay we have to release petty cash to our executives and manage pettycash but now pettycash expenses manage in happay which is very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy Management of Corporate Credit card and very good interface to access your card informations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reaching to techincal support team becomes difficult sometimes and multiple follow up required for any issues.

Proactive followups from the technical support is required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy payment of licenses and products online . Reminders are sent to finance team for the payment without any hassles. This really helps to spend time more on productive things.

What do you like best about the product?
We are an IT company. So we like things digital. Happay helped us to manage our petty cash and credit card expenses online and at our convenience . The dashboard is easy and helpful for tracking expenses in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, due to technical issues, cards don't work on specific sites or with vendors. Technical support replies are not up to the mark and address the query.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time tracking of expenses. I can easily upload the bills on the portal, saving the admin and accounts department time . I can assign cards within seconds and can start using them. Card management is quick. Setting limits, adding or deleting users etc. are sharp.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Happay card for a few months now and I must say, it's been a great experience so far. The card is easy to use and the app is very user-friendly, which makes it easy to track my expenses and manage my budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there are many positive aspects of Happay card, there are a few things that I dislike about it. One of the main issues that I've had is with the customer service. It can be difficult to get in touch with someone when I have a question or an issue with my account specially to track my complete card details for online transactions as it is hidden in the portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a business card and I use it for official transactions. Its been a smooth process.

What do you like best about the product?
Got the virtual card very quickly, was able to use it for almost all business purposes seamlessly. Tracking transactions is also easy. Definitely an easier process than reimbursements

Dashboard and spend management system is a helpful tool
What do you dislike about the product?
The difficulty in issuing a new card and the onboarding process is a little tough. Should help us even understand our subscriptions better - so a more enhanced subscription management tool would be helpful

What do you like best about the product?
I was able to record the expenses as well as control them through smart prepaid credit cards. All details of their spend are recorded and stored in real-time, which helps speed up the generation of accurate reports for better accountability and reconciliation as well as smooth auditing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find any such thing, everything seemed satisfactory for me. So I don't think there are any dislikes as such.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I travel a lot due to meet clients often and with happay I could easily manage all the expenses and control them .
