What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is so nice. Virtual cards are easy to use. Great customer relationship
What do you dislike about the product?
No Dislikes. Earlier, it was a shorter credit period, but now from Jan 202e onwards, it has been increased by 7 days and its good

It is helping in cash flow management, 24x7 payment availability. Anytime anywhere access

What do you like best about the product?
Admin control to manage users and change limits instantly. Quick line issuance and 24*7 support to resolve issues faced by the users. Traditional corporate cards used to take lot of time to approve the limit. Also their admin portal is not user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The credit period is only 7 days post-bill generation. Usually, corporate cards will have 15 to 20 days of the credit period.Hence increasing credit limit would be an added advantage to Happay

Truly an Professional management software
What do you like best about the product?
Supported by complete visibility & control, end-to-end Integration and security, It’s very friendly to use and its shortcomings are mainly cash, paper and manual data entry, workflow process, and levels of approval authorization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no dislike word to say about happy software, it totally satisfies day-to-day expenses management needs, updates of the software needed timely, so far rest all excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paperwork and data manual workflow and real time saving and easy workflow and approval levels via online and reduce the burden of numbers of processes in a single click this benefits a lot.

Really Happy to use Happay card.
What do you like best about the product?
I am very happy to use this Happay card. It's very useful for us and handy for make payment.

Nothing I dislike till now.Its really handy to use.

We are using Happay payment to daily SLC payment and other cost payments. Some of our users are using Happya physical card for International payment. Its really helpful.

Great cashback offers also allowing payment to vendors which leads to increase in credit period
the Cx and the system is crappy now.. the cards are good

cards are ok. The overall card was good.

IU and system but the IU needs ot be better
