The Happay Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that different employees can share money from the same pool of money that has been assigned for a particular project. It helps a lot in keeping the budget aligned within everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that we cannot use the Happay app to pay in any UPI based payment modes like Google pay or Paytm. People should be able to do the payments by scanning the QR code at any shop from the app or something similar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned above, the benefit of keeping a particular project where multiple people are working on, in the budget. Also, the fact that any project lead can be allowed to monitor the expense regularly is very important. Thus, it helps the company managers to stay away from every project details and budget.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great tool to keep track of financials within the organisation. You should definitely give it a try.

Aesthetic and No app screen lock., yes app needs to be more colourful because its already well developed.

Money should be credited in accounting same day because its taking whole day to transfer money.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and very useful. I realized that it saves my quality time to check employee expense and their account. It also saves time of employee in claim bills and get money etc. and contribute to less cash transaction and digitally transaction
What do you dislike about the product?
Happay deduct Rs 20 for every cash withdrawal. It should be less or in include in monthly charges

I save my lot of time in money transfer to Employee and maintaining their account. It also saves employee time and effort to get money and submit bills etc. now I can check every details of employee expense and money transfer in Happay portal. and same expense account and money transfer details transfer to directly in Tally in respective employee account.

With Happay I am able to keep track of all expenses as i can simply attach the bill in real time and i dont have to do the tiring task of remembering my travel expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
Happay card issued to all our managers across different branches in India, trust me this made our finance team work simple to manage the expenses of all our sales managers. Earlier we used to pay cash in advance for travel and office management to the branch managers, now everything handled by one simple solution that is Happy card. Thank you for making our lives easy in cash management

Easy to use, ATM withdrawal charges are applied, else it is a good card

Petty cash management, expenses vouchers reimbursement, better cash flow management

Happay can be used in all the food and grocery merchants. It is convenient and easy.

At times, very rarely, the server goes down.

I received this card for tax purposes, but now I am using it like a debit card for my daily expenses.
