What do you like best about the product?
The digitizing of all the expenses and helping the management tracking them in a more transparent way. This makes the disbursement of fund easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike, but happay can increase the variety of features offered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly managing expenses.

Ease of use and proper logging of expenses

Whenever there is a transaction failure the refund process takes time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the record of expenses incurred department wise and the analysis can be done so that it can be identified where the money is spent most

What do you like best about the product?
Online transactions. I'm completely new to expense management. So, I find it very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't faced any difficulties. Since I haven't used any other expense management software, I wouldn't be able to give a proper answer for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier and faster transactions are the benefits

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is that it saves our precious time. Though this expense management can easily be done and reimbursement can cleared on timely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transaction charges should be directly charged to company not from individual users. and also problems should be resolved instantly. as some time money stuck and user has to suffer for months

Time saving
Avoid carrying bundles of paper bill
