I like Demandbase One for its lead scoring capabilities based on activity on our website, which helps us prioritize the right set of leads.

Demandbase One helps with account-based marketing, lead scoring, and enrichment. I particularly find the lead scoring based on website activity useful as it helps prioritize the right set of leads.
Easy-to-Understand Reporting, Pricier Than Expected
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Demandbase One makes reports easy to understand. This is particularly helpful because it allows higher management to grasp the reports more easily. Additionally, I found the initial setup to be very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the pricing could be improved with Demandbase One.

Demandbase One assists with marketing, making reports understandable for higher management and simplifying reporting.
Efficient, User-Friendly with Room for Integration Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Demandbase One is efficient and user-friendly, which saves me time. I find its capability in accelerating sales cycles quite valuable as it helps in identifying the right decision-makers within buying groups and reaching them at their peak interest, allowing the team to move deals through the funnel faster. I appreciate the reduced waste from its native B2B DSP, since it ensures advertising budgets are spent only on the accounts that matter. I also enjoy the higher conversion rates due to personalized web experiences and shortened, auto-filled forms, which are powered by data enrichment, leading to lower bounce rates and more completed registrations. The initial setup of Demandbase One was very easy, which was a great start to the experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the integration 'glitchiness' with Demandbase One. There's a sync latency issue, where there are occasional delays in data syncing between Demandbase and CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot. This can result in sales reps seeing slightly outdated intent signals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Demandbase One to tackle customer churn and retention issues. It accelerates sales cycles by connecting with key decision-makers, reduces ad spend waste, and boosts conversion rates with personalized experiences.
Unifies Sales and Marketing with Precision Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I use Demandbase One to support our account-based marketing and sales alignment. The platform enables us to identify high-value accounts, analyze engagement signals, and tailor our outreach with precision. I really value how it integrates data, analytics, and engagement tools in one platform. The account insights and intent tracking are particularly strong, helping us prioritize the right opportunities. These features are incredibly valuable because they give us clear visibility into which companies are actively researching topics related to our solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the platform works quite well overall, but some areas could improve particularly around custom reporting and dashboard setup. At times, building tailored dashboards requires multiple steps and some technical knowledge, which is not that user-friendly and can slow down quick analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Demandbase One to support account-based marketing, unifying sales and marketing data, eliminating data silos, and enhancing lead quality. It helps identify high-value accounts, analyze engagement, and tailor outreach, improving revenue impact.
Faster Data-Driven Decisions and Lower Costs, but the UI and use cases Still Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase One helps on getting data-centric decisions faster. It also reduces cost by not being have to hire consultants.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still has need improvements when it comes to user inteface. I think that should be developed for implementing to other screens and also scraping infos, auto-generation etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having insights about companies while evaluating them.
Great Buying Group Visibility and Seamless Salesforce Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I particularly love the ability to see the "buying groups" within an account, which helps our sales team know exactly who to multi-thread with. It also integrates seamlessly with our CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can also feel a bit overwhelming for newer reps until they are thoroughly trained on where to look for the right signals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demandbase solved our prioritization problem. By surfacing high-intent accounts, we have increased our pipeline velocity and aligned our sales and marketing teams around a single source of truth for account engagement.
Personalized campaigns creation without complexities
What do you like best about the product?
It helped me to identify high value accounts for my campaign and personalize campaigns across different channels.

It can feel complex at first due to the wide range of features. Also, the reporting customization can take time to fully master

From the start of campaign, it helps us focus on the accounts that are actually in buying mode and tailor outreach to their needs.

What do you like best about the product?
We appeciated how Demandbase One gives us visibility into account intent and engagement, especially with the unified account insights that include intent, firmographics, and engagement data all in one place. This makes it easier to prioritize where Sales should focus their efforts and aligns marketing/sales around the same signals. We also appreciate how these features worked together to provide a complete picture of each account, allowing us to prioritize the right accounts and engage prospects with timing and messaging that actually worked. Also, once deployed, Demandbase One was a true partner in setup and onboard training, as well as with customer service when we had questions. A big selling point for us was the simplistic installation, which was an important non-negotiable when reviewing other ABM vendors. Additionally, from a security standpoint, Demandbase One is SOX compliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
Demandbase One is powerful, and has many dashboards and features that can be overwhelming when you first start using the product. New users to ABM may need some additional onboarding to fully utilize this robust platform.

Demandbase One helps us identify in-market accounts, focuses sales on the right ones/right time, and aligns marketing/sales around the same signals, improving visibility and prioritizing outreach.

I think Demandbase One provides exceptional support. It really helps to connect marketing and sales motions and orchestrate a more omni-channel approach to marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be overwhelming, and a more intuitive user interface would be most welcome. The initial setup wasn't very easy and was quite a heavy lift.

Easy Integration and Powerful Segmentation for Fast, Flexible Campaign Launches
What do you like best about the product?
Its features greatly simplify audience segmentation, and it’s also very easy to implement and integrate. I like that you can complete each task in different ways depending on your preferences, and that it lets you create and launch multiple campaigns. I especially appreciate how quickly and efficiently I can launch channel campaigns, while still having control over many of the details.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve run into several issues when loading the control panel, and at times the application takes a long time to open. The registration process was also very slow, and it can sometimes feel a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help me monitor the success of my campaigns and provide several ways to reach out to potential clients. They also help us build a specific candidate profile, which feels like the key to making the system so effective. Overall, it’s a very powerful solution, and the product is meticulously designed.
