Excellent Sales Intel Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve used a handful of sales tools and lead gen platforms in the past, but inside view is undoubtedly the best. The quality of the information, the amount of companies and contacts, and their seem less integration with our CRM make it a huge piece of our sales success. I have used other sales platforms in the past, and from the Hoovers to certain media sales tools, I've yet to find anything as simple or as efficient as using IV. I've worked for publicly traded companies that would be 10 times as succesful if they would simply decide to roll something like this out to the group. I think that the best aspect of the site is the fact that i can organize individuals by job heirarchy with just the click of a button. If ineed to find only managers or directors i can do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little. Very rarely the email format is wrong, but that would be about it. There isn't much to say to dislike. Once in a while you may have a wrong phone number because the person just left the company and it hasn't updated yet, but other than that, there really aren't many missing records or inaccurate contact bits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building our company lists based on industries has become hugely important by industry. The fact I can pick a list of companies in a specific industry subset of a certain revenue range in a region in 3 clicks is wild, and then have all their direct dials and emails. Right now we are in COVID, which makes sales particularly difficult. Not being able to get the same number of touch points in a day we need to be able to dial smarter, or hard to get the same results, and IV helps us with that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
One of the only things I think i would think would make sense to to add into the program would be a way of only selecting would be the ability to select individual clients by location, especially for facilities that have multiple sites. Being able to have different direct dials into different sites, rather than just one number would be great.
ABM Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase provides a wealth of data, but is remarkably easy to navigate. The DB team is hands on in launching campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the information is robust in Demandbase, there's not any easy way to share information with the sales team. It's also a challenge to integrate Demandbase with other marketing automation tools to track the prospect journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating ABM campaigns with Demandbase is easy and we found the campaigns to be high performing relative to other channels
It has been EXTREMELY helpful in prospecting net new accounts

I am able to directly import contacts into SFDC
What do you dislike about the product?
Appox 30% are not updated info on contacts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More time to actually prospect b/c don't have to manually add in contact info to SFDC

Ease of use and clarity of the information to hand.

Wish we have contact or cookie tracks of the individual researching!

Generating revenue for the business.
Insideview has been very helpful to our business, and continues to add competitive features
What do you like best about the product?
Insideview provides us with integration to our CRM, and includes email address info in their profiles. There are also some cool alert features that keep us up to date on news on accounts that we are interested in following.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are other tools that provide more insight such as applications that are being used, and that would be helpful. However the cost of this data tends to be significantly higher, and Insideview has remained reasonably priced for the value over the years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insideview has reduced the amount of time that it takes to prepare for conversations with prospects. It helps us to stay current on industry trends and competitors that impact our customers.

I've been happy for over 7 years using the solution, and it has adapted and continues to improve.
Fantastic resource
What do you like best about the product?
InsideView separates entities making it easy to find a contact at a specific location. I always go to Insideview to find info my other resources can not.
What do you dislike about the product?
With any data resource, there is a constant wish for more information. However, it is unrealistic for one to expect a database to have real time information with how rapidly these organizations are changing.

Insideview helps me find org charts and contact information.
Not Perfectly aligned with Salesforce

1. Consolidated view of all the info related to the company

The Ultimate Weapon in an ABM Tech Stack
What do you like best about the product?
Demandbase is easy to use and provides the richest account based data to help a company’s ABM program get off the ground quickly. The data is clear and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any technology, there is a learning curve when it comes to setting up the audiences properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Demandbase we were housing our TAL in a spreadsheet, which was incredibly hard to manage. This gave us an easy way to manage and add to our TAL and also have a way to see which of our target accounts were engaged at all times.

Graphic layout is very user friendly and intuitive

Searching people within and organisation/company available at fingertips!

I you are looking for leads to call within an organisation/company then InsideView is a very good solution!
Awesome Product for Personalization with ABM
What do you like best about the product?
Our typical use case is the personalization of ABM ads for target accounts! We also utilize the Site Analytics with target account segments to understand where our target accounts are spending time on our website. Finally, we use certain metrics such as ABM score and Trending Onsite in our Salesforce Lightning dashboards to aid our sales teams in understanding the key accounts to email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Site Analytics could use improvement. I often end up using Google Analytics with UTMs to see other onsite metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We typically use DemandBase for the personalization of our ABM ads to display to key target accounts based on our internal ICP as well as trending companies on our website.
