What do you like best about the product?
Their data integration with our CRM is really tightly integrated. I like how we can update the accounts within our CRM and know company information such as industry, Stock Ticker, Revenue, Employee size, location, etc. This all updates within our CRM and the team is able to manage the accounts. The client contact information has been highly used as well, so we are able to reach out to prospective clients to sell our services and saves time by going to sources such as linkedin. We have actually lowered our licenses on Linkedin because of Insideview.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a mapping issue within bring in contacts and listing the account associated, yet this is being worked on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to update our accounts and contacts with information in a single location.

Enjoy using it, pretty straight forward processes

What do you like best about the product?
Pretty easy to use, can quickly submit claims when I have issues with accounts that need updating or to be added.

I like that you can get super targeted when creating custom lead and company lists and really get a solid lists of accounts to target.

I also really like the update emails I have been getting every morning. Think it is awesome to constantly get updates on the companies tat I have been researching. I have already gotten some good leads from this.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating a lead/account list, it would be nice to see which companies/leads are already in my CRM.

I have also found that oftentimes the revenue a company brings in is not present on the company pages for the smaller companies. This is a very important metric for sales people that work in corporate but also have enterprise teams so I think this data should definitely be updated more.

Also, I have found a good amount of broken links to websites and companies that are no longer in business in my custom lists. Kinda being a bit picky here, but it is one of the few things that I have noticed so I figured I would throw it in here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding new companies that are in my assigned GEO.

I am able to easily target companies from specific states that are in specific industries.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend, some information could be outdated but all it takes is submitting a ticket (which is really straightforward) and their team updates it within 48 hours.

Definitely enjoy using it thus far.

I would recommend using it to anyone I know in sales right now. The interface may need some updating, but it most certainly meets its purpose of providing you with a plethora of data so you can find and target the proper accounts.

Having a tool like this is super important to finding the right accounts and targeting the right people so I think it is imperative to take a look at what InsideView can do.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Isn't crazy expensive like the other competitors. The information seems to be accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could include more detail like current and future projects. Dates for accuracy check would be nice as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need this tool to gather data for sales campaigns that I run for my 2 organizations. I depend on this information to give me accurate contacts for sales campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
InsideView for salesforce is very valuable to maximize selling time and productivity. You can discover industry trends, drill down to specific people and even get an understanding of their current tech stack
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not often find that there are insights for many of my accounts and prospects. More info in this area would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick view of the customer and their industry to engage intelligently with prospects and current customers alike. Insideview has allowed me to fast cycle my discovery time and engage with more customers
Recommendations to others considering the product:
it would be great if i could pull contact info directly into salesforce contact object

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact its integrated into Salesforce.com and I can easily see the follow up tasks that are created by prospect engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Everything about Engagio is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving gaining visibility into how engaged my prospect is with our content and solutions. I have been able to quickly contact the prospect to share our solutions based on where they went to get information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to integrate with your CRM so tasks for follow up are easy for sales team members to engage prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and benefit lots of people with this software. The configuration is good and user interface is easy to navigate.

There should be option for some fields to be automated.

A lot of information on what your customers are searching for, so you plan your account engagement accordingly.
Very nice integration with salesforce and email to provide further insights.

Capability to send weekly reports on your customer or prospect engagements
What do you dislike about the product?
They should have a brief description for each section in the Engagio tool and how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us understand what competitors our prospects or customers are evaluating, so we can take action accordingly.
Understand which contacts are engaging on our website post meeting and what materials they are downloading.

If you are looking to empower your sales teams with more information to engage accounts better then this is the right tool

Great data augmentation tool

What do you like best about the product?
InsideView is an easy to use tool with a user friendly intuitive interface; the ability to integrate with Salesforce makes it even better - this saves A LOT of time previously spent on manually looking up data on company websites to verify addresses, phone #'s etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
No big dislikes here aside from the usual lack of "depth" of data when it comes to small-mid size businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
InsideView helps us obtain fairly accurate contact and company data which assists our pre-sales, sales and consultant teams throughout the selling and account management lifecycle. By utilizing the data found in InsideView, it allows us to augment and/or update some of the key data fields on our account and prospect records.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool for Sales/LeadGen/DemandGen/Marketing teams to use in order to augment their "data" gathering efforts; also a nice way to learn more about your clients and their businesses so that you are able to engage with them in more impactful and meaningful ways.

What do you like best about the product?
We use this software hooked into our Salesforce org and it works wonders! We use it to research companies, find key personnel at the companies, get the latest news stories and so much more. You can just enter a company name into Salesforce, then use the InsideView tool to update that Salesforce record with all the key information with two keystrokes. What a time saver! Then, use the tool to find and enter the names of the key people there as leads or contacts. Also a few keystrokes. You can update your contacts with all the information, virtually no tedious data entry. It is almost effortless! If that was enough, after you set it up with your contacts, it will tell you how to reach out to those people using your network. It is very powerful! I have it send me news stories about existing clients
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take some time to set-up and understand, but it is well worth it. We did have some issues with joining it to Salesforce, but the support team at InsideView was great; very attentive and knowledgable. Since I signed up my whole sales team, we had live, hands-on training that was excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data entry can be tedious and incomplete. This solves it as well as giving much more complete information. It also prevents human data entry errors. Our productivity has gone up immensly.

This is a very good tool to add to your Salesforce instance to provide missing data

What do you like best about the product?
It gives you so many insights about the companies you are targeting or should be targeting and their analytic tool is very easy to use and comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I don't like really but I think there's just too much info. (data) where you may get lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to serve targeted advertising to our target companies and was able to raise the engagement. We also get the insights like the web pages visits that our target companies are visiting, the topics these companies interested in and reading. We get a third-party intent data that we can use to create specific banner ads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking to serve your advertising to specific target accounts, Demandbase is ideal.
